This is our favorite Starbucks in Tucson. The courtyard is an oasis in the desert and this coffee shop has comforted me through some very difficult times. We’ve been coming here for years, and gotten to know so many people. Sitting outside you see students, cyclists, intellectuals, families and so many diverse types of people. This is one place in Tucson where I really did feel like family. And we LOVE Starbucks coffee.

Restroom had no toilet paper. When I asked for some they made me wait 10 minutes. Once i entered the restroom the manager began banging on the door saying “KEEP IT TO 5 MINUTES!” Very rude and unprofessional. Manager is on a power trip.

Awesome vibe and great employees. Bring cash to leave a tip though because corporate blocked the ability to leave one on card. Just illegal union busting things.Seriously though great location and staff here.

Walked in, bought a coffee, after I paid I asked, what the codes for the bathrooms was. Rude employee was very excited to tell me they are closed. She told me they have no bathrooms for customers anymore. I asked why, she proceeded to tell me that people do not know how to use it properly so everyone is punished. I told her to keep the coffee & my money. I will NEVER be back to this place again! I hope her day only gets worse, she sure made my morning awful with her smug attitude and nasty comments.
