Restroom had no toilet paper. When I asked for some they made me wait 10 minutes. Once i entered the restroom the manager began banging on the door saying “KEEP IT TO 5 MINUTES!” Very rude and unprofessional. Manager is on a power trip.

Walked in, bought a coffee, after I paid I asked, what the codes for the bathrooms was. Rude employee was very excited to tell me they are closed. I stop in here frequently in the evenings, and the service has always been courteous, prompt, and accurate.They also invariably have bags and bags of coffee grounds for the garden. I haven't sampled the food nor the specialty drinks.

James was our cashier on 9/9/2023 at around 3:40pm. It was the first time I was going to redeem my points so I had questions, he was extremely rude and raised his voice without even explaining how I could or why I couldn’t redeem my points. He even asked: “Do you have money in the card?” I didn’t want to make a scene, but he should have training in customer service. I don’t understand why Starbucks would keep people like him in a city that is so diverse and parents visit so often.
