The barista that took my order was very unfriendly and rude. It is red cup day and I had to argue with her about whether or not the drink I purchased qualified to receive the free cup, it did. Finally the girl that was preparing the drink checked and told her it was included in the holiday drink list. I didn't get an apology or any acknowledgment that she was wrong, just handed me the cup and walked away. I also was disappointed in the design of the cup this year it's looks really cheap and weird, I guess that's really not a comment for this specific Starbucks but Starbucks corporate. It's once a year and after all the money I spend at Starbucks over the year on red cup day I would like to get my red cup without an argument and I was hoping it would be a better design.

This was my first time visiting this Starbucks location, and I’m honestly shocked by how poor the service was. The barista, Mallory, was incredibly rude and dismissive from the start. She barely acknowledged me when I ordered, made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, and had an overall negative attitude. Even though my drink was made correctly, the way I was treated completely ruined the experience. I expected the same friendly, welcoming service I usually get at other Starbucks locations, but this one completely missed the mark. Definitely won’t be coming back. The way Mallory presented her customer service to us very poorly represents what the store should stand for not only within the Starbucks but outside the Starbucks aswell including the Bashas.😐😐

Absolutely love this Starbucks. Just got my latte. The baristas were kind and made an amazing coffee that wasn't watered down, like it had been at another local grocery store Starbucks. Super cute cup made my day too.

Drink ordered today the first I have got on a weekend, during week drinks are well made and tasty , todays was mostly ice and not enough chocolate to tell it was a chocolate drink. Worst I have ever tasted at any Starbucks, will not be going there on the weekends in the future. Employee obviously did not know what she was doing

Entrance is good if you are heading towards the freeway 10. If you are headed away from the freeway, it is not as convenient. Departure to the freeway is good.

Every drink I get here is shortened. I’ve stopped complaining to the people who work here because the attitude I get just ordering is poor, much less when I point out the drink is an inch from the top of the cup. I’ve brought in reusable cups before and got into a full argument with the lady about which line is which. It’s a Starbucks cup, a medium should come to the line at the top. I understand that the caffeine is the same no matter the milk amount, but for 6$, at least get close.

A great little fast food Mexican restaurant, wonderful daily specials, at all of the locations. We've had many items there from tacos to burritos to special fries covered in guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and CarneAsada, it's a bit messy, but oh, so good!
