I’m not one to leave reviews but felt I needed to today. I ordered a pick up order and when I walked in, not one person acknowledged me. At first I thought, ok they are busy. After like 10 mins this man walks in and the girl the was working in front of me looks up immediately and asked him the name of his order and they make it so quick, he was maybe in the store for 5 mins… I still waited a few mins and then my order was finally done, but the same girl didn’t even look up at me or still didn’t say one word to me. I don’t like to make everything about race but I am Latina and the man was white. This is why I stopped going to Starbucks, they aren’t as welcoming as they used to be..

Every other Starbucks I go to opens at 430, Glen and Campbell, 5? I told Hannah, the website States you open at 430, so does the sign with the hours by the door, Hannah's response with a 5 am attitude replies, I'm not in control of the internet and walks off. I had something to say about that. Then her friend brook chimes in, dont say that about her. Well brook and Hannah, dont behave like that and you won't get things said about you!! My everyday Starbucks coffee was ruined, by two employees that didnt want to be there at 5 am. Every other time I've spent money at that Starbucks I've gotten nothing but smiles and great attitudes. Your Saturday crew needs a lesson on how to treat customers. Mabey have them come in during the week and spend some training hours with that crew, they are great!

I was just walking by here this morning and a customer without the construction blockades tried to make a sharp left drunken turn into the business complex just as I was crossing the driveway on the public side walk...the Starbucks still serves everyone no matter research by the American psychological association that parity act violations are just disturbing for everyone.

This is a nice Starbucks. There are tables inside as well as on the patio. It's a pretty big restaurant. Nice atmosphere! The staff was very friendly and efficient!

Someone apparently suggested changing the address from 2807 to 2350 N Campbell Avenue, which is the address of a different Starbucks. If you send a mobile order to 2350, don't come to this store for pickup, as it won't be here. Currently, the Campbell & Glenn and Campbell & Grant stores have the same address on Google Maps.
A Google Maps screenshot and a Starbucks Mobile App screenshot show the address discrepancy. The store 6.7 miles from my location is 2807 N Campbell, and the store 7.0 miles away is 2350 N Campbell. Google Maps indicates they are the same address which is not correct.

This used to be one of the fastest Starbucks in town, now it is one of the slowest. The last two times I have gone through the drive through, I have waited over 15 minutes in line with only one or two cars in front of me. Not sure what changed that has caused such a massive decline in efficiency.
Never been to this location, went thru the drive thru to pick up two orders and the line was AROUND THE BUILDING but even so the two men who took my order and gave me my drinks were the most pleasant people ever 🫶🫶🫶🫶 and the line went fairly quick!!! absolutely loved my experience here, thank you, you lovely humans 🫶

Ordered 2 drinks, one was a caramel macchiato triple shot with extra caramel drizzle...it definitely is not that. ...it is very weak tasting Very disappointed. My biggest problem was the lack of customer service in the drive thru ....it was pretty much null and void...the only thing that was said to me was my total. This was my first and last time at this location.

I was here Sunday July 13 2025, I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and vanilla. I elected no tip, I was the only car in the drive up window, I received coffee, not hot, not warm, close to cold. Why ? For not tipping ? You don’t deserve a tip for pouring a cup of coffee! Well I don’t have to buy coffee at Sevenbucks !
