I go to this location everyday because I work so close and this morning I had such an uncomfortable experience. I did a mobile order, picked up through drive through and the barista was so rude. I have never experienced anything bad at this location but it definitely makes me want to go to another one.

My daughter is having surgery right now at Banner hospital, this was the nearest well rated Starbucks and I needed coffee and food, as I’d been at the hospital with her since very early this morning, and left for just a moment, so it’s a very stressful day. I placed a pickup order, which I’ve never done before, so I wasn’t aware of how the system worked, but I noticed they had letters with items next to them. I didn’t want to just touch things that don’t belong to me, I wouldn’t want someone to touch my food and drink, so I innocently and nicely asked if the food and drinks were placed next to the letter of the first name or last name, and I was met with such hostility and disdain from one of the workers there. She couldn’t just answer the question, just repeatedly and rudely stated it was in the order of what we name prints on the sticker. Well, I have no idea how the sticker prints out, why would I know that? And also, the drink sleeves cover the drink. She could have easily said it was listed by probably the first name, but she was obviously not handling the overwhelming nature of her job very well, they were fairly busy, but as a former Starbucks shift supervisor, I would never speak to a customer that way or allow one of my partners to speak to a customer that way. Another barista did overhear this and nicely helped me, ironically, the food I had ordered was in the wrong spot, but the drink was next to the E like it should have been.

I unfortunately overreacted to her extreme hostility, and called the store afterwards to explain and apologize, because I felt bad about that, but it’s a tough day, and it was nearly 11 am and I hadn’t had any coffee or food yet. I didn’t want to eat or have coffee in front of my teen daughter before her surgery, because she couldn’t eat or drink after midnight last night and I thought it would be cruel.

I’m guessing the barista was having a bad day too, but I didn’t deserve the way she spoke to me. I normally have good experiences with Starbucks. I will not revisit this location again. When my daughter is done with her procedure she wants me to bring her an iced chai with pumpkin cold foam, I will have to drive further out of the way to get it for her.

I guess she was the manager, quite rude, she referred to me in a very derogatory way, another kind employee apologized for the other lady's mistreatment. This was very disappointing me.

This used to be my "happy place" I'd go to on days where my depression was really bad (basically every day now) but I don't feel comfortable here anymore. Granted I'm sure I made everyone else feel uncomfortable too. Great people here though, really nice place to go if you want a good view of a monsoon storm with their big windows.

I just wanted to give a big compliment to Ashley at the Grant and Campbell location in Tucson Arizona. She was very helpful and helping me use the app to the best of its ability and also suggesting nondairy options. I wish Starbucks would bring back the nondairy whipped cream, but she made a suggestion for the cold foam. She was so sweet and friendly.

I don’t like this Starbucks because they never have anything I’ve gone like 9 or 10 times and have asked for pink drink with matcha foam on top they literally never have it. So on Sunday april 14 I decided to give it another chance and changed my drink as well for something simple like a vanilla ice coffe they told me they were out of coffe? like that’s insane how is a coffe place not good gonna have coffe?? Never again going to that Starbucks!
