I’ve never been so rudely dismissed from a place I intended to support. I walked into Starbucks, quietly looking over the menu, when a manager abruptly told me to leave if I wasn’t buying something right then and there. No courtesy, no patience—just cold, unwarranted hostility. I wasn’t loud, disruptive, or occupying space unfairly. I was treated like I didn’t belong, and it was humiliating. I don’t want anything from you—no coupon, no apology—just for someone to understand how unnecessarily cruel and demeaning that experience was. If this is how Starbucks treats people, your talk of inclusivity rings hollow.

I love this location! The staff is always friendly and positive. They make my drinks perfectly. They have always been so kind and welcoming whenever I pick up my drinks

I’m sure it’s a common mistake but it’s just disappointing when my drink is half full after the whip cream melts, I understand about a quarter inch empty but half is sad :/

WHYYYY did they not plant a single cactus? The Starbucks off of Pima next to Albertsons is beautiful with cacti and native plants all the way down the drive through and helps people's moods. It's TUCSON ?! ?.. plus this is a corner store and it would beautify the whole area. Especially next to that atrocity of a Walgreens across the street :(.
The store is beautiful however the West side is all BUILDING ... ahhhh. So why don't you plan some tall skinny tree or desert plants along the plain WALL that we see?
Anyway it all looks great regardless and improved this area a great deal!!!!!

The staff at this Starbucks are the nicest in town and it’s why I prefer to go here. However, about 70% of the time I get my drink it is unshaken.
