For the team of 3 working 8/6/25 at 5am. My home Starbucks. The rudest most disrespectful little girls, then I tell them I want to speak to the manager and with confidence she said ok. The manager had the same attitude. Truly disgusted I will never return.

This Starbucks is absolutely the best in Tucson in my opinion and it all has to do with their positive upbeat respectful humorous deamenor!!! Energetic, drinks come up quickly with a kind word and always a smile! Go. There get a drink and you will see just what I mean!

Just had an uncomfortable experience I am a pharmaceutical rep dressed in a business suit that already spent over 200 at Starbucks today and asked to use the restroom and was told that if it was longer than an hour that I could not use the restroom. I informed them that it was about an hour ago I had my receipt and I still had my drink. That was not OK to have that loud conversation in front of everyone

I just got finished with a bad experience from another Starbucks and came in here and explained the situation to the staff team.. Sean and the team absolutely went above and beyond to completely flip our whole day around! The entire team was so nice, especially Sean!!!! If you’re gonna go to any Starbucks in town, go to this one highly highly recommend!!!

Rude!! Was waiting for buses to run on a Sunday. Had some groceries with me... Was playing a game and closed my eyes for a moment. All while holding my cellphone still in my hand. Asked to leave ! Told no sleeping. Funny. I've been in here and seen students sleeping with pillows on tables next to their laptops before.
Absolutely picked on for no reason. Their manager is a rude guy, no wonder their is not much traffic here anymore. Guess they want less customers , can't handle a busy crowd.

Ahhh, to be at a regular Starbucks and receive great service, coffee and what do you know refills. The staff here are truly first rate in their provision of exceptional experiences for the customers! I also love the design at this particular store… roomy yet comfortable, modern but with a welcoming atmosphere. Kudos to Morgan and the entire morning crew! Even made my oatmeal so the ingredients would steep in the water while still hot. They also know what a double toasted bagel should be. All around exceptional!
