i love starbucks espresso - every day. but only when its made right, and the machine is performing properly- then its the best dark roast around. i have visited this location many times because its convenient, but have never had a good drink here. i always order the same short espresso with microfoam breve, but the shots taste dirty/dead and it is rare to get microfoam. sadly, after 20+ years as a starbucks regular there are just a couple locations in tucson that seem to understand espresso and can get this drink right. i will stick with those from now on. thankfully, they are professional baristas and dont give attitude for the customization. and i love to tip them! ❤️

Like any decent Starbucks, except they up charge for everything. 80 cents for a squirt of sugar free vanilla - but no credit for a shot less coffee. Come on!

Wrong information. (FIX YOUR WEBSITE)Website says OPEN TILL 9pm,I drive there at 6pm expecting to get a good three hours work done online. At 7pm a worker comes up to me and says “Hello Sir, this Starbucks is closed right now.” in a tone that said “Excuse me. You’re trespassing right now.”Weird.

The young lady at drive thru with beautiful long thick braid made my morning great. They made my coffee, perfect and beautiful. She provided the best customer service asked me if I needed. Anything else was extremely polite and welcoming. This is the type of customer service I need that the other locations lack. Thank you to her only.
