I was more than a little disappointed when I asked for a cup of water and was told I had to make a purchase. Which I did this morning at this exact Starbucks, but met back here this afternoon with an employee to get their vehicle and head back home.

Everytime I come here before 2pm, my drink is messed up, its clumpy and I usually only get half a venti cup. Everytime its after 2pm, my drink is perfect.
Someone in the morning needs to be retrained?
My cup didn't even have a sticker so I cant even double check that this was with my specifications.

It gets the job done, the coffee smell is still inviting, but Starbucks of my youth has evolved into the McDonald's of the present, void of authenticity, with only the shadow of what it used to be. My daughter enjoyed the frappacino.
This is more of a general complaint/question. Why do the long straws always crack? Every time I get my drink I need to get two straws because they always crack. It’s been happening within the last 6 months-1 year. Have they changed the type of straws they have?

Today we showed up at the store drive thru at 8:25 5 minutes before closing we just figured it might take them a bit longer to get the single drink done. a young man and a young women completely ignored us while we stood there till 8:35 while they laughed in front of us
