Danni ,was excellent very attentive, quick and friendly. I am a Manager of a business and know great customer service when I see it and hard work . Will definitely be coming back routinely when Danni is working !!!

Ordered two drinks and a pastry. The one drink was supposed to be a white chocolate peppermint, hot cocoa. However, it was not white chocolate, no peppermint and it was not hot. I have ordered this numerous times throughout the years with no issues until today.

This is the worst store to come to, I go to Starbucks every morning, but I was late to work today so I went to the cortaro location instead of going to the other 3 I usually go to and they were very unprofessional and had the worst customer service. FELIX the one that took my order was very argumentative and didn’t want to make my drink the same way I get it made every day even when I would pay extra for it. I will never go to this location again and they really need to be trained on how to make their drinks and also trained on good customer service.

Incredibly nice Starbucks, but there's not a single power outlet in the place. Otherwise the drink was good and service was quick and friendly, but Starbucks' continued movement to get rid of the ability for people to spend time in their stores - while at the same time seemingly encouraging people to spend time in their stores with things like the free refills - baffles me.
Atmosphere matters and is perhaps the most important aspect of a coffeeshop, and if I could rate Atmosphere a negative 10 stars I would for this alone.

The guy that sold me my cup was supper nice; told him a bit of my story and he was supportive and great customer service!! Ask for Seagon; great personality and customer service! Will be back.
I was more than a little disappointed when I asked for a cup of water and was told I had to make a purchase. Which I did this morning at this exact Starbucks, but met back here this afternoon with an employee to get their vehicle and head back home.

Everytime I come here before 2pm, my drink is messed up, its clumpy and I usually only get half a venti cup. Everytime its after 2pm, my drink is perfect.
Someone in the morning needs to be retrained?
My cup didn't even have a sticker so I cant even double check that this was with my specifications.
