When I was ordering they kept cutting me off and got my order wrong. When I got to the window they accused me of not ordering what I asked for.

They NEVER get an order correct. There is always something wrong, item made wrong, wrong ingredients, missing items. Not to mention, you order in the app and they DO NOT make your order!!! This store is a perfect example of why the south side business’s have such a bad name. Please hire workers who at least take pride in their job and can complete an order timely and correctly.

This Starbucks is perfect! Liz the Manager, Christopher P and the rest of the staff are the most friendliest I have ever experienced. The coffee was fresh too. Store was clean and comfortable. Stop in and have your day lifted by the friendly staff.

I come here multiple times each day. Very familiar with all staff at this location. They're all very friendly I love Mel, Victoria, Fani and especially Dana! ... Dana always greets me by name, she knows my crazy drinks, and my drinks are always on point when she makes them. She takes the time to ask how my day is, she compliments me, and always wishes me well. She informs me of the new items coming out and just has the best additude. She'd be a great leader or Manager if she isn't already. It's always a joy when she's there!
The people are amazing and professional. I come here to get a non-dairy Cold brew every day. Ridiculous amazing taste. Thank You! Ps. Manager is very informative not sure if he’s the manager or the assistant manager.

I saw this locations Google rating and almost didn’t come, but I’m so glad I did! As soon as I walked in to pick up my mobile order, the barista asked for my name and said he was working on them. After getting our drinks we waited for our food and when he noticed this, he verified that someone was working on our food. While waiting for the food, he made small talk about our plans for the day while continuing to work on other orders. I wished I had gotten his name to give him a proper shoutout, but he was so great!

I got a matcha frappe and it tasted horrible. It tasted like I was drinking cotton candy instead of matcha tea. It was loaded with sugar. The last matcha frappe I got which wasn’t from this Starbucks actually tasted like a refreshing matcha tea. The one I got here was disgusting.

I’m not the type of person to leave a review. I have the same drink order and the one time I come to this location they get it wrong. They even asked if I had gotten a shaken espresso. I told them no and repeated my order to them. The lady that asked me was nice and said she’ll look for it and the other one gave attitude and said it was the one she already made. They handed it to me and guess what? It was a shaken espresso. I came here bc it was the closest location to where I was at.. but from seeing the reviews already, they don’t know how to make coffee.. yall either need to retrain or hire different people
