I had placed mobile order they forgot to give me a cake pop that was ordered with my coffee I called the location and asked if they can bring it out for me since I had already waited 20 min in drive through staff said no I have to go back to drive through another 20 min this location has really bad service I never tend use this location the kino&i-19 is my favorite always fast.

Cahier was great especially for it being so early in the morning. The young lady that served our drinks was okay. Maybe because it was the release day for Holiday drinks and Wicked cups.

Tried a matcha latte for the first time. Wasn't too bad, very earthy, a bit seaweedy... Probably wouldn't get again.

This is literally one of the only Starbucks where I can go in and not feel like it’s filled with snobs. It’s warm and welcoming and everyone genuinely seems happy to be there.

I am a daily customer and regardless of who takes my order, the staff is always friendly and the environment is fun. The ladies who work in the early morning are amazing, and make my morning enjoyable. I have the opportunity to visit many Starbucks across the country as I travel weekly for work. This one is my favorite by far. As a avid Venti Iced Latte Berve drinker with Sugar-free Vanilla, I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks.

They gave me the wrong type of milk 3 times in a row . They substituted ingredients without letting me know many times. I’ve come here thru drive thru with no one in line, only to wait 15+ min for my one drink . I’m always late for my break to work because of the wait time Every time ., I only work 2 min away.

The best team members! Drinks are always made with lots of love. Vanessa, Liana, Antonio and management always have a positive attitude even if there are 20 people in line and 50 complicated drinks before mine.
Crew definitely deserves more praise.
We just went through the drive thru and I don’t know if it’s just this location or a new Starbucks policy like the barista said but only one grande water per car is ridiculous! There are 4 of us we ordered 2 $8 coffees and she argues with us about 2 grande waters for 2 children! Seriously, this is Arizona and it’s going to be 101 degrees today. So fair warning if it’s hot and you need more than one water find somewhere else to go.

If i could rate less than a star i would. The employees are extremely rude and condescending. I had my drink remade only for me to get something even worse that what i asked for. And I spent over half and hour, waiting for a single drink. Only for the drink to be poorly made.

Not the best Starbucks. Drinks are okay, standard. Be warned it closes way earlier than listed (6pm for lobby, not 9). Male employee (not a barista, late shift) was rather rude as well, said lobby was closed in a very condescending voice and said it had always closed at 6pm (untrue). When asked why the hours for the location showed up differently, the employee was dismissive and continued putting up chairs while repeating it was closed in an annoyed manner. As a customer, if posted signs outside the door and online hours reflect a different time, how are you expected to know otherwise? Not a great experience.

Every time I go to this Starbucks there's either something wrong with my order, it's not ready 20 minutes after ordering, or the staff is colossally rude. Today I got the trifecta. It's really disappointing.

It is always something negative with this location, which sucks since it the closest to me. I ordered ONE drink from my home on mobile app, got there in about 8 minutes and still had to wait which I didn't mind till a person orders in store and gets her THREE drinks before me. The barista proceeds to yell "mobile orders are 5-10 minute wait". Unacceptable, this location should do drinks as they come, NOT prioritize those in store because I was at the store as well.
Also, last time I ordered a matcha, barista made it and poured it into cup. There was still space to put more drink on the cup but proceeded to put the "left over" on a different cup and drink it as she called my name.
This location lacks professionalism, 2.5 stars review on Google is well deserved.
