One of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to really rude staff and the food is cold. When you ask for it warm the girlss do a lot of rolling eyes and rude attitude. Never going back don’t recommend

I go to this location often since it open especially being close to my location. I went here today through the drive thru at 7am and went to work. Unfortunately I didn’t take a sip on my drink until I got to work and notice it wasn’t my drink. I tried to drink it but it wasn’t good at all so I waited until 9am to take it back to them full and asked for a remake and the cashier was super nice. When they handed me the re make it tasted nothing but milk I opened it and it was hot milk. I order white chocolate mocha all the time and I know what it taste and how it looks. Now I went thru the drive to get another re make because there was a lot of people inside and I was in a hurry to get back to work. I told them on the speaker the issue and when pulling to the window the manager seemed bothered telling me she already re made my order while I was handing her the drink. I asked her to open it so she can see her self it was just milk. I felt embarrassed at that point and made me decide not to come back to this location. I completely understand we are human and we make mistakes but maybe follow recipes for the coffee so you don’t have mistakes this often. So you won’t have a lot of people like the ones in the lobby upset and not satisfied with their drinks. So frustrating when having them make your drink three times to get what you ordered and it wasn’t nothing special I just wanted a white chocolate mocha that’s all.

Waited in line for a while, 3 groups of people there longer than me had cancelled their order. From what I could tell the manager was sitting in the lobby chilling. You could at least help the team.

This is the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. Three times I've been here. All three times the staff was not friendly. Preparation of drinks was messy. Food or bakery items are cold or sloppily prepared. Bad experiences every time. Need a more accountable staff.

They didn't have ANYTHING if You're a new business you think they'd have restocks but they didn't have any refreshers and hardly any drinks to get! They didn't have what they needed to be a business. Nothing for sandwiches either which is on the menu!

Not sure about this Starbucks. They had to make my drink 3x lol……have never had such a bad experience with Starbucks lol. Think they need a bit of training and some extra people.We had ordered a caramel frap no whip extra shot of espresso.They loaded it up with whip, lol. Then when we reminded them no whip, they took the drink back, scooped the extra whip off, and brought it back to us LMAOO. Also didn’t put the extra expresso. Then proceeeds to tell us they’re out of espresso. What . Also, my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso was not shaken, didn’t taste right, and lastly, what was in my dang drink if they were out of espresso?Why didn’t they tell us they were out of espresso? They were also very rude when we asked them to remake it. Def emailing corporate on this store.

Went to drive thru tried to order pink drink they were literraly out of all the ingredients for that so placed my other 3 orders drove up was given 1 of the Fraps all messy it was all over the cup I asked if she can clean it girl hands me napkins to clean it then the drink ended up not having caramel which I ordered . She says she did hear me say that and said she can take it back and add on top of the whip or put in new cup with the caramel drizzle in cup and pour that into it. I wanted a new drink made or comp me and they couldn't do either even when her supervisor or whoever it was came to window and she said same thing unable to comp just put in new cup. They all 3 looked like high schoolers just staring at me giving me looks and laughing as I drove off the girl who took order just stood in back hiding. I was very nice too I kindly asked to make new drink as I ordered and paid for or comp me next time with coupon and they said they can't do that. Very bad service and unprofessional!! Didnt even have all the ingredients is just mind blowing .

They do not have chocolate, almond milk, medicine ball ingredients, oat milk, etc. Better to close the store and open when you have material available. It is very sad to stand in line and after 30 minutes they tell you that they don't have what you want, almost no drinks were available.t The white hot chocolate tastes awful!
