Great place! Clean, quiet and the employees are all very nice. The reason for 4 stars is the drive thru ordering is extremely hard to hear the person speak and you have to almost yell your order. It’s because the place to order is next to the very busy Kolb road and traffic is heavy most of the time. Starbucks either needs to put up a section of wall/fence to block some of the traffic noise or extend the microphone/speaker out. Update- I took the response from the owner and contact Starbucks with my complaint about the drive thru noise, so lets see what Starbucks does with it.

Went through the drive through to get a water and they declined. Even offered to pay for the cup or get some hot water instead and was denied again. When I offered to pay for the cups or water they told me they don’t do that unless you make the minimum purchase of a cake pop. Had to go to a place next door for a water I’m not sure is legal to deny the public especially offering to pay for the goods themselves. I don’t need a cake pop- I need water. Thank you for the enlightening experience 10/10 don’t recommend due to poor communication and services.

Our family is a frequent here at this location. But today was really disappointing. Drinks are always spot on, visually appealing and made with care. But today my simple order was not made at all how it was supose to be.(part husbands fault too for not checking.) But this drink was suppose to be made with oatmilk was not, so unable to drink it. Second this is how it looks! No ice in the cup, half full of matcha cold foam not even a hint of strawberry in there and the rest is just milk. Super disappointing 😞 Just upset we pay for something and go here over other places for many beautiful reasons. But today was not great. Those who will say take it back, I can't as I am out in the field working.

This location consistently messes up when it comes time for payment. More than once they've not redeemeded my stars when asked, only to notice the next day when I still have my stars but my wallet is empty. Way to get me to pay for the extra goodies I add to my "reward" drink. Or vice versa, they'll redeem my stars when I'm told them in saving them. The ice to coffee ratio is minimal, and if your waiting forever in the drive thru, it's watered down what little ice was added. I'll drive the extra .5 mile to 22nd and Kolb. They always knew me by my name and my order at that location.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. Early morning coffee is never brewed, unless you are in the drive thru apparently. Twice I've gone in and Dark Roast isn't ready. It's their one and only job. Lol. They look at you like you are the insane one for getting upset. Lol.
