I ordered a grilled cheese online and when I got there they said they were out, I really wanted that grilled cheese :(

Went through the drive through requesting a simple large black coffee and received a lukewarm at best coffee and when I notified the staff that I would like it a bit hotter, they poured out the coffee before putting another serving of the same temperature of coffee in the same cup. When I got it back it had spill stains everywhere and was still not hot. I went inside the store to ask for it to be hotter, when the manager, Carmina, responded that it was more than hot enough. Since she refused to warm it up I poured it onto my hand to show her that is was not nearly hot enough as its temperature didn't even make me flinch. After a snarky response she grabbed me another coffee that was finally at temperature. Hard to believe it was this hard to order a plain black hot coffee.
