I went to Starbucks located inside fry’s on Grant. On October 13, 2025 around 7:18 pm. I am standing there for like 10 minutes waiting patiently. The lights are on but I don’t see any baristas. Then I thought maybe they are using the bathroom. I wait another five minutes. I looked at the couple sitting there with their drinks and I asked them if the barista went to bathroom. The girl looks at me annoyed and says: “I am at my lunch break and I still have a few minutes left ”. Then I wait but I am like something is not right. I go ask the fry’s workers if she’s the only one there. They mentioned the other girl already clocked out, so she is the only one there. I just think to myself why wouldn’t she get her lunch break sooner, while the other girl is there? I mean I am not sure how they run their schedule there but nobody knew anything. I was extremely disappointed. I wasted time and gas thinking I am getting my Starbucks and I didn’t get anything. It was a rainy day by the way. I just thought to myself it’s even sadder that she seen me stand there for so long and never even acknowledge me or told me: “Hey I’ll help you in a few minutes.” She acted like she didn’t see me standing there so long. It would be nice if they can put a sign to let people know they will be back later, Unbelievable 😑

No foodstamps
I typically don’t like going to Starbucks within grocery stores, but it couldn’t be avoided, I needed a coffee and was running short on time and this location was convenient. The space was updated, but cluttered with product, looked like maybe they didn’t have space to put stuff away? So this had me a little concerned. But my concern quickly dissipated with the friendliness of the sole Barista that was working. They not only were very friendly and welcoming, but they made me a great tasting drink and got my egg bites made quickly. There also was what appeared to me to be a fry’s store dept supervisor that was helping put inventory away and set up displays, and they were also super nice. I’d give this location my business again.

Loveit
On Tuesday I went up to ask for a cup of water so I could take my medication. The server only had one other customer and was nearly done making her order. He told me “Yea, you could just wait your turn” with an attitude. I’ve worked in restaurants, the food industry, and in customer service for over 7 years. Hell, I work front desk at a hotel right now. A simple “sure I’ll get that once I’m finished with this order” or something would have been feasible. I wouldn’t have minded waiting a second, but you guys need an attitude check. Rude customer service.

Barista's and coffee were excellent. My issue was they have a long table and area next to the coffee pickup like many other Starbucks. A place to sit and enjoy your beverage and if need be, work on your computer.Well, after driving almost two hours, I mapped out a Starbucks specifically to get a coffee and catch up on some emails. Well, I was surprised when all FOUR electrical outlets did NOT work around this table !! When I asked about them, the barista said it's been like that since COVID and many have asked to have them "turned on" (I'm sure it's just a breaker), but management hasn't done it.I think Starbucks ought to contact this store manager (Starbucks is located inside a Fry's) and ask him/her to please re-activate these outlets for the convenience of their paying customers.

I was treated so well at this location by Jose and his co-worker. I wish I could have used the app to leave a tip but it wouldn’t let me for this store. He said it wasn’t meant to be.
