The pink-haired barista is beyond rude. She needs to be re-trained or fired. I’ve never in my life been to a Starbucks that refuses to serve hot food / shuts down the over almost TWO HOURS EARLY! Even so, she had an attitude (besides being lazy and not wanting to do her job).Ended up leaving Barnes n’ Noble all together.

The cashier with blonde hair was very rude. I was about to order and I pull up the app and she says “Sorry, I don’t use that” and that’s fine you know so I just say “oh no but thank you” and she rolls her eyes as if it was an inconvenience like I was respectful about it but she just had to give a nasty attitude for no reason like it just didn’t feel welcoming at all.

My family & I had a wonderful time I even love this cut out that looks like a Christmas tree made of books👍🏻
I love this cafe!!! Not only is it in my favorite store, the servers are friendly and happy to please.Sadly today a woman ahead of us heard me tell my daughter the Mediterranean bake is the best and she snatched the last piece ?♀️ so don’t he that person please?We ended up with the artichoke bake and croissants, the Kelsie coffee and a peppermint coffee which all were outstanding!

A great place to get some food while looking at books.
It's Starbucks! The coffee was excellent, there's a lot of seating in the food area, and staff was pleasant and helpful.
