“I’ve been to many Subways across the country but this one is my favorite. Not just because it’s a 5 minute drive from my house but also because the workers are very friendly. They make this feel like the neighborhood subway. I hope the owner recognizes they have good employees and treat them well.“

“I had a pretty big oder and the one gal was great the other one just looked at me like I was on drugs and sure of a old fat guy with a beard. But she was very very polite and said welcome and goodbye then I guess that's all you can ask for she wasn't working on my sandwiches so that was okay and like I said she was just like the other one very very nice very sweet and it just she just didn't know how to take me and I get that a lot so it's no big deal.“

Parking: Kind of small parking spots right in the front of the building so hard to back out and get back out into traffic.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the ground floor and I believe there is a cement wrap for wheelchair access.“

“The most amazing staff, I tend to linger just because of them. Everyone is always so happy to see you, and is genuinely interested in treating you as though you're the only customer in the store while they are assisting you with your meal. They offer suggestions that are always on point and to my taste when I'm pondering options, for instance the suggestion of the cheese bread for my spicy Italian which was not something I'd had before and was perfect. Very talkative and personable while also navigating all of the things you're requesting going down the line, just having a conversation - and being engaged while also demonstrating amazing skill with their hands doing so. Impressive seeing people enjoying their work and dealing with people who are mostly kind but not always as they should be.I have been going to Subway since it opened, this is by far my favorite Subway, on 12th and Valencia. The freshest ingredients always mounded up and ready to go. All those ads and posters you see everywhere with the super super fresh ingredients to build this amazing sandwich? They're all here - they do exist in the best Subways but more than that the service here is what always brings me back. Try this location, it's PERFECT.**Remember, it is not nice and you must never bully someone on their job. There's a word for that and it's not Karen - it's coward. You may disagree and wish to take your dispute further, but be kind to those serving you. There is a way to speak to people, but don't be rude and bully someone working. “The young woman making my sandwich was super sweet, it ended up being the very best subway sandwich I ever ate! I had to thank her.

“I built my own sub and if I do say so myself I did a pretty good job. Seriously though, I wish I would have gotten the names of the employees working. They were fantastic and had loads of patience. My daughter and I went into Subway at 17:30 (5:30pm) on 01/27/2025. I hope I have narrowed things down. My contacts were extremely cloudy and it was getting dark. I can't see to drive very well at night and my daughter doesn't drive. I might have seemed hurried and a bit moody to the employees there. They handled it with class and dedication. I am so sorry if I seemed a bit cross. My sandwich was delicious and I will definitely be back in a better mood. It's no excuse, I could have asked but I didn't know if you could still build your own sub with the ingredients you wanted or if the menu changed to what was suggested. With the patience of everyone who works here and the quality of the food, I can't wait to come back. This franchise is better than the expensive place across the street“

“Manager or lead person always says Hello or Morning, acknowledges you. Staff is always courteous. They have food laid out looking fresh, plenty of bread. Sandwiches are wonderful! I live near another Subway which socks, I go out of my way to get good service!“

“Subway store in Palo Verde Tucson Arizona. It’s a great store #34169. The gentleman who took care of me was Bill. Great customer service, polite and professional. “Tried out the footlong cookie. Nowhere near as good as the regular cookies. Not sure since it’s likely the same dough, but it was definitely drier. Getting two of the “three for $2.49” deals will give you more variety and better cookies. Staff was friendly and the place was clean.“

“I went to the La Cholla & Magee store today. Both employees were great and helpful. I even teased the manager about how much sugar was on the churro, we both laughed. The store was clean including the restroom. The only possible negative was there was no napkin in my to go bag.“

“Came threw October 4th ,2024 @4:26 let’s just say Jessica is awesome she has an awesome attitude something I’ve never seen at this location , she was fast but in no way did I feel rushed, super friendly , portions were awesome. “I went to this location for a quick late lunch today and I was extremely satisfied with the service. Brandon greeted me with a smile when I walked in and made sure I was satisfied with my sandwich. While I was eating and no one was in line he was cleaning, every other subway I have been to they sit on their phones. If anyone knows Brandon tell him his work ethic is impeccable. Dietary restrictions: No problem using clean gloves and clean knife for my sandwich, half the time the team member basically just rolls their eyes and acts irritated.

Kid-friendliness: No high chairs so if you have a baby that's too big to take in, in the car seat, yet too small to not use a high chair just be prepared. We were able to sit our fourteen month old on the bench and I held him with one hand and ate with the other“

“Stopped in on Saturday evening and had the pleasure of having Nathan make our sandwiches. He was at the end of taking care of the customer in front of us. When he was done, he politely informed us that he had to finish making the 2 online sandwiches and that he would be with us right after. That was fine with us no problem. While we were waiting for him to finish up the two sandwiches I was able to look at all the prepped toppings. I have to say he did an amazing job with his prepped food. We’ve always used the Subway app to order online and never had issues until they messed up our order one time. Messing up one time out of twenty is not bad, but here’s the kicker. I called this Subway location the moment I found out the order was wrong, and the management and the crew were more than willing to help me and my family out to some new, correct sandwiches with an added bonus of free cookies! “It’s always a straining journey through the desert heat to find this white suburbia mirage dreamland, but I do. I’ve been making My way here since junior year before I shave cats and mop floors across the street, and it’s always been an experience. It’s nothing treasuring or memorable, but it’s not terrible either. Their staff is awesome, always having a smile on their face as they put a drop of mayonnaise on my sandwich. They’re also one of the few restaurants to serve Oven baked lays (pregnancy cravings?). Subway is a very lonely place, there’s many tables, but only one person ever shares them, because subway definitely doesn’t contribute to secret societies, and I am totally not a lizard person. This location is nice to stop by in with all the chaos outside. I hide in here from the natzis. 8/10 recommend if you’re not a natzi“
