Hannah was working all by herself and had a busy store . She did as good as she could and she is appreciated. Also this store needs to hire more people.

Horrible service! I waited for exactly 10 minutes and the 3 employees there completely ignored me the whole time. One of them was counting the register, the other one was making a sandwich probably for a pick up order as there no other customers in the store, and a lady who looked like the manager was literally on her phone the entire time. Ive been going to subway my whole life and never seen anything like this. I left the store after 15 minutes and even then they ignored me and did not say anything or ask why I was leaving. If you are not going to serve someone at least let them know so their time is not wasted. I was looking at the manager who was on her phone, waiting for her to say something like “we will be right with you”, but instead she chose to look the other way and ignore me. Terrible Subway! I wonder hoe many customers they are loosing like that.

For those of you looking to reviews to complain about how they closed up 10 or 15 mins early and couldn't get your 5 footlongs clearly care more about your over bloated stomach than having common human decency they are a good clean subway with fast service it's not their fault you decided to go last minute you shouldn't even be eating a big meal that late that's how you get fat faster these aren't professional sandwhich makers they are just kids and students trying to earn money n go home cmon be better

I arrived at this Subway 15 minutes before the listed closing time, only to find the staff mopping the floor and watching me from inside as they had already decided to close early. It was disappointing to be turned away despite arriving well within operating hours. I can’t imagine this is the standard of service management expects from their franchise.

Didn't allow toasting because the wrap will break.. Didn't want to add olives due to the wrap having 4 veggies already and wanted to change extra... Had the expression and tone of a person. Whom just didn't wanna be there.. My apologies to the franchise .. Good help are hard to find and I pray your investment thrives poorly unmotivated employees you occasionally encounter...

The doors are locked 10 minutes before you're actually supposed to be closed. your open sign still on because it's not 10pm yet. Your employees see me at the door and literally say we're closed as he makes some type if no gesture.I didn't even want did and just wanted an orange juice because I was having a hypoglycemic fit. So thank you subway and the employess for standing on business hours. LUCKILY a decent human being seen how weak I was getting and how quick I was going/ down abs ran to frys to get a drink for me.

She treats her employees like children I really hated my experience here I hope Subway really re thinks who they put in management because she definitely has no clue how to treat people with respect or decency.
