I arrived at this Subway 15 minutes before the listed closing time, only to find the staff mopping the floor and watching me from inside as they had already decided to close early. It was disappointing to be turned away despite arriving well within operating hours. I can’t imagine this is the standard of service management expects from their franchise.

Didn't allow toasting because the wrap will break..
Didn't want to add olives due to the wrap having 4 veggies already and wanted to change extra...
Had the expression and tone of a person. Whom just didn't wanna be there..

Good help are hard to find and I pray your investment thrives poorly unmotivated employees you occasionally encounter...

The doors are locked 10 minutes before you're actually supposed to be closed. your open sign still on because it's not 10pm yet. Your employees see me at the door and literally say we're closed as he makes some type if no gesture.I didn't even want did and just wanted an orange juice because I was having a hypoglycemic fit. So thank you subway and the employess for standing on business hours. LUCKILY a decent human being seen how weak I was getting and how quick I was going/ down abs ran to frys to get a drink for me.

AMBER R WAS SO RUDE ! I will never be back too this location, she was so unprofessional &” just looked miserable to be at work . She treats her employees like children I really hated my experience here I hope Subway really re thinks who they put in management because she definitely has no clue how to treat people with respect or decency.

Ordered online and got the wrong bread and an extremely messy sandwich with avocado all the over the place, I call the ask if they’re out of that bread and If not could I get a replacement sandwhich. I come in and the manager has me show a picture and tells Montana to remake it for me and with everything and another cookie, he’s remaking the Sandwhich while looking at the receipt and adds tomato even though there’s no tomato, doesn’t give me more avacado said it will cost extra, doesn’t give me another cookie and when I still say thank he gives me an ugly look and hands me the Sandwhich. Super unprofessional teenager. Also wasn’t wearing a hairnet but had long curly hair.
