I'm done with Subway, I keep giving them another chance to get it right but they fail again and again. I ordered a simple meatball sandwich an hour before I picked it up. It was ready when I got there, but when I ate it later, I discovered lots of sauce and not one whole meatball. Just a handful of pieces of meatballs. They have screwed up my sandwich too many times to count but this was the most pitiful excuse for a meatball sandwich I've ever seen. It was basically a marinara sauce sandwich. Never again. Jersey Mike's from now on.

Subway store in Palo Verde Tucson Arizona. It’s a great store #34169. The gentleman who took care of me was Bill. Great customer service, polite and professional. He made me a great sandwich but it was the service that left me so impressed. I normally don’t write reviews but I wanted subway management to know how well I was taken cared of. Also the store was very clean. Great job to the manager of this store.

I visited like 2 hrs ago and had an excellent experience! The lobby was clean, which made it welcoming to sit down and eat, the customer service was top-notch, and I even had a great conversation with Dave, who was super friendly and attentive. My sandwich was made perfectly with love . Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I'll definitely be coming back! Left a nice tip to keep the good work up!

Went here during lunch on my 30 min work break - had to wait 10 minutes before being helped with no line in front of me. None of the 3 workers were friendly, and one of the workers making my sandwich asked me to repeat my order multiple times because his “stomach hurt super bad.” He made my sandwich and headed straight to the back, then came back out probably 5 minutes later and was pulling his pants up.
