I want to shoutout employee Mikayla, she was so welcoming the second that my husband and I walked into subway. She was super personable, and overall had the most genuine customer service I have ever experienced in a really long time. She made the experience very memorable, that is felt like I was talking to a best friend. My husband and I will be going to this location for our subway sandwiches from now on in Tucson. Thank you so much Mikayla for making our Subway experience so amazing! We need more people in customer service like you that actually make a difference in peoples day to day lives.

Ordered ahead in the app, one order was incorrect and both had very dry bread. Incredibly disappointing experience, would not recommend this location.

Stopped in on 1/1/25 and we had the pleasure of having Emily make our sandwiches. Emily your customer service was beyond the best! Thank you for adorning on our daughter she loved it!
We ordered 3 sandwiches, she messed up on every one of them. She scratched her hair and then made our sandwiches without changing her gloves! One of the sandwiches had a hair in it. She practically ignored us when we walked in and then she was overly friendly with my husband without even acknowledging me and my sister were there. It was uncleanly to watch, and for the price we paid I’m overall disgusted with the service and the food.

Super rude employee asked him to take off a rotten piece of lettuce and spinach and he then proceeded to take all of the spin ish off and in a sarcastic manner went leaf per leaf “is this one ok” then proceeded to rudely throw my sandwich together and make a mess of my food not welcomed or appreciated at all super unhappy

Wasn’t very happy going to this subway, they tired to up charge me while I was using a coupon for a sandwich that did apply to the coupon. Also they are skippy with the veggies I had to ask twice for more lettuce and when I did the employee looked at me like I was wrong. If I’m paying 15 bucks for a sandwich it needs to be made with care
