Megan was super amazing she was so easy to accommodate my vegetarian needs. She was so pleasant to talk to and a great asset to the corporation. World of knowledge and a really good character. Megan, the Manager of this subway (1838) was clear, quick and made me the very best subway footlong i have ever had in years of coming to subway. i asked her how to contact her manager to praise her when she told me SHE is the mgr! kudos wonderful. makes subway look sooo good. TY Megan

Love coming here for dinner! Vicki is an absolute gem; friendly and very kind. Unfortunately she's often having to close alone but she juggles the dinner rush and online orders with far more patience than I ever could were I in her shoes. Hope some day she can get some help closing 🙏 she absolutely deserves it with her efforts in providing everyone good subs, quick service (as quick as someone during a dinner rush can be), and keeping the establishment clean.

I ordered online, and I purposely omitted the onions from my sandwich as I am allergic to onions. I get back to the office to eat, and the sub tastes a little strange but I couldn't quite place the flavor. I get half way through the first half of a 12" sub and my breathing becomes labored, my throat begins to swell up, at that point I know what the strange flavor is, ONIONS!!!!! I'm ALLERGIC ONIONS!!!!! open the sub and sure enough there are RED ONIONS all over it. They are the worst for me!! My order window is still open on my computer, so I double check, and sure enough, no onions on my sub. I triple check with the receipt, yup, no onions are listed. I am just lucky that mine is not a life threatening allergy, it just makes me sick for the rest of the day and likely into the late morning tomorrow. To top it off, the bread was tough and chewy! The store number on the receipt is 3352-0 To make matters worse, the second sandwich was no lettuce or onions either, yet there they are!!! It's like the woman couldn't handle special orders. Just to put it into perspective for you, it has now taken me an hour and a half to write this review between trips to the bathroom as I deal with the intestinal issues caused by this, this sandwich is coming back out both ends very rapidly.

I ordered the new Steak n garlic sandwich but when I got home it was chicken. I was highly disappointed bc I wanted what I paid for! They need to have the clear glass like all the other ingredients have so me as the paying customer can see and insure i receive what I paid for and not something different. The meat section has some silver wall blocking the sandwich maker😒!
Our favorite subway in town! In a safe area, always clean, and rarely busy. Vicki is super friendly and fun to talk to. We enjoy eating in the lobby here. Also loved the Halloween decorations!
