Let it be known this is not about the food. I've always found Subway to be a reasonable sandwich provider. And the Subway I generally go to at Camp Lowell and Swan Road is always welcoming and friendly as someone will shout out hello to me when I am about halfway through the door. But this Park Place location, not so much. I'm one of those people who don't think that employees should be allowed to work at a place they obviously hate. When I walked by this location the lights were not noticeably on and there was no one visible to help. I peaked in the door to the kitchen and saw there was someone back there, so I called out "are you guys open open"... Employee comes out with an "eye roll/I've heard this 1 million times today already/oh my God do I have to talk to you" look on her face. She all but said that I was an idiot for asking them if they were open. I explain to her that the lights appeared to be off and no person appeared to be there to help me which caused me to wonder if perhaps they were not open. Her response? "We have terrible lighting here" Finally, as I sat enjoying my meal I observed an employee stacking cups and one fell off and went to the floor in front of the counter. 30 minutes later it's still sitting on the floor. I'm relieved in a way because I think she probably would've taken it back and put it on the stack for the next unwitting customer.

Subway ...... nothing more to say. Just kidding. Its a great place to get a decent sandwich in a hurry.. especially since this one is in the Park Mall. LOL

This is the worst subway. Rude staff and sometimes I come here to eat, then I uncontrollable throw up for hours after. So the food has bacteria!!

The employees are always rude when I go in. I'm lucky if I even get a hello. They're also so stingy with the toppings. The golf links subway always hooks it up I will no longer go to the location. Bad customer service sorry
I go to Subway all the time. Egg sandwich is yummy. I like the chips and the chocolate milk. I eat in and out. Anyway it is yummy in my tummy.

Stopped here for lunch. The food was decent but the place was filthy. Crumbs on the tables that we had to clear off. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting= broken faucet that had to be played with to get water out and no hand towels. Looked like it had not been cleaned for ages. Makes you wonder how much attention they pay to the food area cleanliness. Too many other optione to return here.

They are open 24 hours, they are clean, and they are friendly. The food typical of a Subway, and consistent.

If we could give 1/2 stars my rating would be 3 & a 1/2. Went here for lunch today. Order was done correctly & food was tasty as usual. My only complaints are the fact that it was so cold in the lobby I had to ask the worker to please adjust the a/c, which she gladly did for me. Then, minutes later a lady walked in with her little Chihuahua dog. Now, I could be completely off base here, but this is an eating establishment. And in my opinion dogs should not be allowed in restaurants. I find that very unsanitary. Not to mention what if someone was allergic to dog hair etc.? I just find it very unprofessional/unsanitary.

This subway is located inside the food court of Park Place mall and since I work at this mall and occasionally forget to bring my lunch I've chosen to eat at this subway a few times now. There is a woman who works here and I believe she is the manager, she is probably the most friendly and efficient person there but the others are not like her. I've had them completely demolish my breAd and rip it to shreds while cutting it and still decide to put toppings on it and make a sandwich even though it is falling apart. There is one guy who is incredibly slow and really stalls the line and ordering takes forever. Also if you ask him to get you a drink he moves slower than molasses, it is insane. I chose to write a review after recently I was ready to pay for my food and the credit card machine was not ready to accept my card. The young guy ringing me up kept yelling at me to swipe my card and I would swipe it but it would not accept it. He constantly was yelling"SWIPE!" "SWIPE!" I finally told him that I was swiping but it was not accepting it and I'm positive he needed to hit total on his end so I could pay for my food and he kept yelling at me to swipe. Then he finally pressed total and I was able to actually swipe my card and it accepted it. This guy had zero communication skills, I can't imagine ever yelling at a customer to swipe their card when they are swiping and as if they are the idiot, he was full on yelling and getting so pissed at me when it was his mistake.
