I had an amazing experience with the manager at this subway. She went above and beyond to make my meal exactly how I wanted it, and her vibes were awesome! Her attention to detail and commitment to quality is highly impressive. Made my day brighter!

Wanted to send an email to let the owner/manager for this Subway know I was dissatisfied with the employee on shift this morning, but there is no way to do so.
I went in to get a sandwich only to have the employee tell me they don't make that one anymore. I already looked to see that the sauce I wanted was there before ordering. As I said so, she interrupted me saying she didn't remember how to make it. I tried to tell her I knew what I wanted on it only for her to interrupt me again saying they are the only one who still carry that sauce. At that point I realized she didn't care to serve me so I decided to leave. I have been going to this Subway for several years. The owner as well as the morning manager I usually see are always polite and pleasant. This employee wasn't rude with an attitude or her words, but definitely disrespectful enough with interrupting me and not wanting to make the sandwich I wanted, I don't think I will be back.

Food is okay, vibes are -2. Went in today and usually staff is nice. Today, the two ladies working were rude as though customers were a bother. I get it, none of us want to work, but I’d like my sandwich without the attitude. Subway isn’t the only sandwich shop in Tucson.

Although I didn’t eat the sub the wait time wasn’t long after ordering the food online in the app and the food was fresh. Manager was polite as were the rest of the employees except the manager was gossiping while making the subs. The location of the subway is great the only really issue I found was all of the transients were hanging outside of the store doing drugs and well I was my 10month old baby girl I didn’t really want to drive across town to find a location that wouldn’t have this problem. I feel like with as many employers on shift at least one of them could’ve gone out and cleared the space outside of the store so that we didn’t have to walk into drugs and 2nd hand smoke and whatnot.
First time this location. Slow service with literally no other customers in sight before during our after I got there. Followed this up with sub being made wrong and with less of certain ingredients than usual. I recommend waiting a couple years for these employees to move on.
Got the Footlong nacho today. What a disappointi. First of all don't call them Footlong. She put about 5 chips on it a little bit of meat. To much cheese. It should have cost a dollar. It is not worth 5 dollars. At least add more chips

showed up 8:40 pm on a Saturday, website says they close at 9pm and the doors were locked, this is bad for business...
I’m not sure what is going on in the world today, but I remember you went somewhere or a place to eat or anywhere really that involves customer service the customer service involved customer service with a smile and at least a positive attitude. If you’re expecting old-school customer service, the kind with the smile, and upbeat attitude, and courteous service. Don’t go to this location! One of the girls was all right as far as pleasantries go she said standard things and was polite enough I suppose, even though she did it with a sour face, which is fine I’d rather it that then not at all, but the girl that actually made my food and ended up serving me was so very rude She kept cutting me off after asking me what I wanted on my sandwich. On top of not letting me finish my sentences, when I asked her to add extra stuff, she rolled her eyes and got an attitude and then when I was deciding what I wanted kept checking her damn watch like she had somewhere to be , other than work. She was at work not really wanting to be there and I could tell. I walked in and tending the tip very well as I usually do at least 20% even though it’s a fast food restaurant I feel like since they split the tips usually if they deserve it, they earn it they get it… this individual ruined it for both the girls that were working and I did not leave a cash tip. If you want a tip, here’s a tip: don’t be rude to your customers! And if you don’t want to work quit, if you don’t like your job quit there are many people who are unemployed who would love to have your job and do it half assedly and STILL do it better than you. I said all that just to say this: customer service at this location was incorrigible to say the least and I highly recommend any other subway location other than this one if you would like to keep your day positive happy and on a good note. I hate to say she ruined my day she ruined my morning which up until this point was going better than great.

No one else in the store when I came in and the two female employees seemed to be in a deep conversation. They appeared bothered that I had walked in, and that they couldn't continue talking. Subsequently, one of the workers who made my sandwich had a snarky, rude attitude.
I'll try not to stop at this store anymore.
