This franchise is trying to run its business on a Skelton Crew. It's the same at all Subway restaurants. Online orders are never on time and employees don't really care. Poor customer service skills by employees who don't even want to talk to customers or explain to them what's going on. I hate this place! Get your shit together business owners! Stop with the BS excuses and produce results!!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable!!

So rude disgusting service and ripped off- this took place at 3:30 on February 2 today- the young lady yelled at my mother and my niece the sandwich was not made how we asked and we paid $20 just because we got avocado I will spend hundreds of dollars for companies that take good care of us but I will advise as many people as I can to never come here so you guys lose that much more business because the community should be aware that you guys do not respect your customers and you guys have less respect for elders. The candidates that you hired were an absolute miss great way to ruin every single customer’s appetite by yelling at them because you have nothing better to do and then ripping them off. - never again the sad part is that my niece was looking forward to this meal and then she felt uncomfortable to even eat it so we threw it away.
