Love subway, ordered my usual ham with bacon on jalep/chez bread and it was amazing as always. Treated myself to a foot long Doritos nacho and am extremely disappointed. Dont order it only had 12 chips total (I counted) but it tasted good just doesn't hold value with the cost in my opinion.

Jocelyn did an amazing job! we had ordered four sandwiches and she was the only one there and didn’t even have to ask for help! everything was quick and nothing was messed up!

I got a Spicy Italian today and the worker youssef was extremely friendly and polite. Seems like a great worker + the food was great! 5 stars out of 5!

I placed an order online. The order somehow got canceled, but the money was taken out of my account. I drove to the store, and went to the drive thru window directly because I have laryngitis (not contagious) and I wouldn’t be able to speak clearly enough for the intercom. Immediately a woman said to me not to ever go straight to the window, that I had to order on the intercom. I started to explain my situation when she interrupted me making weird facial gestures to make it claar that she was annoyed with me. I explained how I ordered online and my order had been cancelled but that the money was taken out, to which she very rudely informed me that it would be 24 hours to go back into my account. I said to her that i understood that they may be having a difficult day, but that they didn’t have to be disrespectful. She raised her voice and once again making faces said that she wasn’t being disrespectful. I replied that I felt she was treating me poorly, and suddenly she started mimicking me while making her voice to sound as my voice sounds. She made me feel terribly, there’s no need to humiliate me the way she did. I understood the situation and wasn’t being rude about it, I mean is not her fault that the app cancelled my order, and she seemed to be more upset by me than I was about the situation. I will not be returning to that Subway, I mean; they probably don’t really care if I do, but I wanted to express how bad my experience was. I truly hope that this woman’s day gets better because she was obviously miserable.

Customer service was great. It was a great experience Yusseff is a very kind a courteous worker. There should be more people like him. He made my sandwich and experience that much better with his polite and attention to detail when preparing my wrap and my husband’s sandwich.

Nothing special with the ingredients didn’t seem too. Fresh bread was pretty dry and hard.

First time visitor to this location today, and I was sooo impressed. The establishment was very clean and organized, but what really impressed me was the two staff members I talked with. So so so friendly, upbeat and just a delight! It is so nice to have someone make eye contact, smile and ask how your day is going. And it very much made me feel good when I was told to have a blessed day. :) Two thumbs up!

Ordered my food through the app today and picked up my food on the way home from work. I absolutely hate American cheese… ordered pepper jack which I confirmed both through the app and on the receipt order #45C8898A-E3. I called the store to explain the incorrect cheese ruined my sandwich as well as it was missing sauces that were requested also. I was transferred to Jose who was working at 7:09pm when I called in. He never said he was sorry or showed any empathy for the situation. When I asked for that sandwich to be refunded he told me I needed to bring the sandwich back to the store. This would t have been an issue but I live on the other side of town. I explained I couldn’t bring the sandwich tonight and asked if I should bring it tomorrow after work and I was told I would need to bring it tonight. I asked for his managers name and was told that they left so the name didn’t matter. Jose hung up on me. I called back and he continued to be rude, I asked the for his managers name And he sat silent on the phone. I could still hear the store in the background. This is absolutely unacceptable and quite literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. This interaction makes me never want to come back to this place.

The employees were very unpleasant. The lady who started our sandwiches may have just been tired, but seemed slightly annoyed. The man was straight up rude. I requested a clean knife and clean gloves, for one I'm a vegetarian and don't like my food contaminated, for two I'm pregnant and watching the cross contamination makes me want to puke. The guy was so rude, rolled his eyes, didn't even want to show me the knife was clean when I wanted to confirm it was clean, typically at other subways, they grab tuem from the back, he grabbed this from underneath where I watched him place other dirty knives. Idk what his problem was at all. He didn't even ask us if it was for here or to go, while others clearly had trays to eat he shoved ours in a bag, which we need a tray for our one year old. My fiancee went to go ask for one and they completely ignored him even though there were no sandwiches being made. I'm assuming a vendor, or maybe a manager, but pretty sure a vendor who was bringing stuff in and out, had to tell them to help him. Straight up rude. Funny it seems to be a trend at Wilmot and golf links. The subway by the other Safeway down golf links is amazing, but definitely not this one of you don't like getting attitude for no reason

I had placed a mobile order and came by 45 minutes later to pick it up. The manager on duty slammed the drive-thru window in my face when I was picking up because he assumed I was someone else and I was asking him why he was prioritizing others’ orders when I was there first and had placed my order 45 minutes before. He came back with someone else’s order receipt and was telling me that their order wouldn’t be ready till 7 p.m. I then informed him again that I wasn’t here for that order and reminded him of my name. He then came back with my order and said it’s been ready for half an hour. Duh. This guy has some serious anger issues and I would’ve been fired immediately from my job if I was being that aggressive to my customers. I was even apologizing to him for his misunderstanding because I didn’t want him to continually verbally berate me. To whoever owns/operates this store, please get your managers some counseling because they’re out of control.

Kid-friendliness: With the staffs poor attitude I would avoid this location like the plague.
