I couldn't give stars for food, as I never received order. Placed on line and when I went to pick it up they had no order for me. They did however charge my account twice for a non existent order. How does that happen? 2 charges for $9.23. Buy one, get one and $2.96 tip. The workers inside were so indifferent and just didn't care. I've used this location since the day they opened. Never again. Left message for their manager and so far, no call back. This all took place today, 01/6/2024 This issue was at the 6320 E Golf Links location..

This is a go to on the nights we don’t want to cook but don’t want your typical fast food. The service is always great and the quality has always been good.Vegetarian options: I always get the 5” with loaded veggies and avacado- no cheese.

Come on Subway. Why do you under staff your employees. Only 2 people in the whole store that is horrible by any means. What do you expect them to do? I saw everyone in line leave because they had to wait forever while the employees had to run the drive through as well. I feel so bad for them and the customers.

Low star on service because made online order at 5:07pm said it would be ready at 5:25pm when I arrived saw sandwiches sitting on counter half done pushed aside while the two employees working took care of other customers that arrived at same time as me, still waiting I did not get my order until 5:48pm, I was very disappointed with that service.

At the drive thru and was told they would be right with me. No other cars in the drive thru and 1 person inside. Was still waiting 6 minutes later to give my order. No response from any employee.Horrible customer service or lack of. Was hoping to pickup dinner. That didn't happen. Took my business elsewhere.
