Alec wDas amazing. juggling online orders a 1nd in person orders all on her own didn't complain once and engaged in a conversation making me and my friend know that she wasn't there. just for a paycheck whoever's in charge. give this girl a raise location was also spotless and ready for any customer that might have walked through that door

My company has been going to this location for over a year.
But today when I went in and ordered 5 footlongs, at $10.99 each.The little girl that took my order tried to over change saying that $20 extra bucks was for the platter, when I didn't order that. She got upset and after I told her I was not paying the platter price, she change the price and was very rude and unprofessional in every way. She also through my receipt in the bag and walked away. I will make sure no one from my company ever returns to support this Subway location again. Whoever owns or manages this place needs to teach their employees about respect and better customer service. I'm sure they have been overcharging customer for sometime now.

I ordered on the app and was charged for my order. Although I was not emailed a receipt, the app said my order was ready. I went to get pickup my order, just to be told they didn’t get my order because the app isn’t working but yet I was charged with no way to void the order. The girls(employees) told me there is nothing they can do and offered no solution or sympathy. They just said the they can void it when it comes in then walked away. I get that they can’t fulfill the order until it comes in but to be treated like its not their problem so leave type of demeanor, when it was the company fault and they charged me for food I didn’t get was unbelievable. I showed them my order and it saying it’s ready. It was a waste of time and money, I need a refund for subways error.

Atmosphere is mostly irrelevant because WHO comes here for the AMBIENCE??🤷Not really suitable for romantic dates or family bonding. Just a delicious, quick sandwich.

Some girl with red hair was nasty and rude terrible customer service. The food was not fresh and you can tell that it was sitting out for a long time. Wont be coming to this location again.

Today I went to this subway on N Oracle next to Target and the girl with the red hair had a nasty attitude because I saw the knife she was going to use to cut my sandwiches with. I advised the girl that it looks dirty. She then slams the knife down and the knife bounced up and hit the floor prior to that, She was preparing an online order and I literally seen her wiped the counter with the gloves she was using to prepare the online orders and continued to use them for that online order, but back to what was said. She said it was water spots. I told her that from my end that it looks dirty. I then asked her why do she have an attitude? I asked her” would she want to use dirty utensils that a restaurant would give her?” And to top everything off, the bread was super hard as if it was old bread. I contacted the manager but haven’t heard back from him as of yet.

6/4/25 update:
Usually I have no issues but today I picked up an online order and my chips were missing. I didn't notice until I got back to work. Sadly my lunch time is over and I can't drive back for them. I tried to call but there was no answer 😞

Well I'm upset they don't carry regular ranch dressing for customers that don't eat pepper. They only carry peppercorn ranch . Aside from that, the girl that made my sandwichs didn't care if she grabbed fresh tomatoes or the older ones plus I had 3 sandwiches the same except 1 had no onions. So when she wrapped them she failed to mark which one had no onions so I had to unwrap them all. So not the best review.

Came in at 4pm today (3/18) to pickup my two foot longs. Cashier was very unhappy and he made me feel uncomfortable for asking about grabbing my drinks. I asked for one sandwich with extra jalapenos and extra onions which was an extra charge and another with jalapenos as well. the guy who made my sandwiches only gave me 3 jalapenos in one sandwich and NONE in the other. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Store was clean. Staff very polite and courteous. Bread just came out of the oven smelling great and veggies were fresh.
