Every time I go here I have the worst experience and it is a total waste of money! Walk in with a smile on my face and leave utterly upset! The manager is the most incompetent person on staff she always messes up or the food will be cross contaminated and she will still make my order with dirty spinach when I obviously seen the other employee drop the meat balls from an other order in the spinach. Subway watch your employees and cross contamination I would hate to be allergic to something or get sick from foods touching. Just overall unhappy with this location and the customer service provided.

Long story, was turning 67 + for first time ever wanted a Subway Sub; their "new" Philly Steak & "Melted" Cheese. The night b4 my birthday I ordered a lrg + a small Philly Steak & Cheese that were COMPLETELY COLD; from the Bread to the (skimpy amt of) Meat to the (advertised melted) Cheese! I mean stone cold! Next a.m. Mon, promised a refund of $22.70 ←(for only a 6" + a 12"), BUT was NEVER done. Call back Saturday & Devin was REALLY NICE; said he'd arrange for the refund plus agreed to 2 requested subs at no charge, for our inconveniences + no food to eat Sun nite. He told me to send my caretaker, bc am bedridden, to get the subs. After caretaker Drives there per Devins authorization, TORI the MANAGER stepped in and said "Now you can ONLY have ONE Or THE OTHER; the refund or food?" Was really rude about it, too. I was on phone w. Caretaker & knew by now i'd Post It Online, side by side w. Pictures of My Pathetic Sub NEXT TO + compared to their Online yummy lookin' yet imo FAKE food pictures of IT? (normally uncharacteristic of me 2do. It's a First!)She suddenly had a change of heart & even apologized in writing w. a promise of refund; which I requested in writing (pic shown) as by now totally can't 'n don't trust them, esp MGR TORI. Ended up giving us 1ea 12" Philly Steak & Cheese + two free cookies, with the promise of the refund. Which she didn't put the specific amount of $22.70 on it, tho! smhBut she Backpedaled, therefore am NOT accepting this as being a sincere apology "For All The Confusion", as she put it, yet DEF wasn't that! So imho they don't know how to make a great sub (anywhere near me) in AZ, BUT there's NO excuse to NOT know how to make a GOOD Steak & Cheese anywhere in this country?! When I had better stability + mobility, cld make a better one myself. Would have given them ZERO ⭐ but they never offer that, course! ??♀️UPDATE: Is Now Wed 9/28/23, (happened on 9/17) + REFUND still had NOT been processed, after being promised twice. Best Subway location I've been to in Tucson. Sandwich bar was pristine and fully stocked. Sandwich technician was very efficient with a pleasant demeanor. Work ethic was excellent. Will definitely visit this location again!

Subway was good. I asked for the spiciest sandwich they could give me. It was a pepperoni, Buffalo chicken, toasted. It was so yummy.Jusus says in Matthew 4:4: "Man shall not live by bread alone."Subway does a great job at not serving bread alone but putting meat on that bread. Ordered food using the app 30 minutes in advance. When I get to the store they tell me the order didn't go through and proceed to serve other people that came in after me. When I'm waiting line to get my food they tell me they can't make the food until the order comes in. The money has already been taken out of my account and I have no more money left to buy food that was meant for me and my son. So now not only do I not get my food on time, I was told they couldn't help me and now I have to tell my son that we both can't eat because of your mistake. I've placed the order correctly hundreds of times so this is a Subway error not a user error. Do not go to this location not even the manager was willing to help me.
