WARNING! HOT FOODS NOT HELD AT PROPER TEMP EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! My meatball marinara was damn near frozen. I spoke with the manager and she knew and doesn’t care. I’m contacting food and safety about this issue. Will post an update. I used the app got there and my food wasn’t ready I waited for a few minutes so it should’ve been hot and fresh but wasn’t. The manager is also very rude. Sidebar: they only had two employees working during lunch. I felt bad for them the manager should do better.

Ordered through the app and the door dash delivery driver stole my order. The manager kindly remade my order and cheered up my whole evening by caring about my situation! Even privately texted me for theft evidence photos and information and wished me a wonderful holiday season. Genuine care came over making a buck. Thank you !

I work in the area and have given this location multiple opportunities to earn my business. The service is absolutely terrible, the food is prepared with lackluster enthusiasm and the store never seems to be very clean. Upon my last visit, I had to ask for a something that comes with what I had purchased and the young man acted annoyed that I had asked for what I had paid for. Strongly do not recommend this location, my money is better spent elsewhere.
