I asked for extra cheese and I paid for extra cheese but when I opened my sandwich, there wasn't any cheese. It was a complete rip off. So disappointed because I couldn't even see how they were preparing it with their new thing blocking the view.

i had an INSUFFERABLE day at work, and i used the last of my tip money to get a major comfort food: subway. the young man at the counter (sean-paul i think his name was) did a great job cheering me up. he was sweet and took care when it came to making my order. definitely set me up for a good afternoon. thank you!

This store is usually pretty good, I go here once or twice a week. The last couple of times have been disappointing. The prep counter was a mess and the young man who made my sandwich seemed to be in a hurry and wasn't careful. Same young man both times. I was the only customer in the store.

The people are rude made a mistake on take out order and would not apologize called me a 'white' woman and I have a biracial family so my complaint had nothing to do about race and everything to do about making an apology when a mistake is made. You should just say I will make another sandwich or we don't got no chocolate milk. Never again will I go to this subway there are others where we were never treated like this. My daughter picked up the sandwiches and said they were rude to her too. Not a surprise they were careless reading our online order.

favorite subway I’ve ever been to always clean. They’re always fully staffed. The staff is pleasant. Food is stocked and never looks old or gross. They are attentive. They listen. I take my daughter in there to build her own flatbread pizza sandwich and she’s like a little kid in a candy shop it’s so cool how she loves the process of watching the sandwiches get prepared and chooses her toppings! they change their gloves in between touching meats and even gave us an extra cookie. And they still have curtesy to add napkins to the bag. This is our favorite subway store in Tucson and surprisingly so close to downtown and easy for tourist passing through to take a rest!Vegetarian options: It’s subwayKid-friendliness: They let her build it her wayParking: There’s plants of parking nearby it’s a shopping plazaWheelchair accessibility: It’s big and no steps

We ordered through delivery. Nothing wrong with the delivery itself. I have a problem with the actual order. I used to work at subway and it says exactly what the customer wants and if they want less, regular or more of something. I asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread and they give me Italian. My boyfriend asked for NO OLIVES on his sandwich and he gets olives and he also asked for less mayo and his sandwich comes drenched in mayo. Gross! We were not that satisfied. It's really not that hard to read the mobile order receipt and get everything correct, even on a busy day. Probably won't order for this location for a while.

I ordered a Chicken & Bacon Ranch Melt Footlong, this is a direct copy and paste price from their website update October 2022 and the price is $7.75. When I looked at my bank statement the charges showed as $16.84???? What did they do add a big tip or charge me for two. this place is a RIP - OFF, don't go here!
