Staff at this location is awful. They are rude and unsanitary. They touch food without gloves or washing hands, they sit in the back talking about smoking weed while customers are in the store and they are generally just not friendly.

I built my own sub and if I do say so myself I did a pretty good job. Seriously though, I wish I would have gotten the names of the employees working. They were fantastic and had loads of patience. My daughter and I went into Subway at 17:30 (5:30pm) on 01/27/2025. I hope I have narrowed things down. My contacts were extremely cloudy and it was getting dark. I can't see to drive very well at night and my daughter doesn't drive. I might have seemed hurried and a bit moody to the employees there. They handled it with class and dedication. I am so sorry if I seemed a bit cross. My sandwich was delicious and I will definitely be back in a better mood. It's no excuse, I could have asked but I didn't know if you could still build your own sub with the ingredients you wanted or if the menu changed to what was suggested. With the patience of everyone who works here and the quality of the food, I can't wait to come back. This franchise is better than the expensive place across the street

I normally don't have any problems, however here the young lady ask me what will I have, I answered exactly what I wanted and instead of paying attention to what I was saying she turned around to listen to what the other to employees were talking about, instead of paying attention to customer. They made my sandwich which I asked for very little ingredients and my sandwich was done, sat there until 4 other sandwiches were done. I just walked out without my sub. They could have easily charged me for my sub but they decided to make to go back into making other subs. I'm definitely staying away from this and other subways for a while. Words were exchanged between the employees and I. Stay away from this rude and incompetent subway.
