I've been in there a couple of times. The food is good. The workers are hard workers. I got PTSD symptoms I'm not a veteran but helped a lot of people and helped save moms and babies during the pandemic. I also helped save 3 million bees. Trying to save the world a food supply. I miss the $5 dollars foot longs. I wish they bring those back. I hope they keep there prices low as there doing now. Maybe have some specials like $7 dollars foot long on weekends? Or buy one sub and get six inch half off with chips and drink. I love subway will be back again. Don't worry about thing because every thing will be alright.

I stopped by this Subway today after having repeated bad experiences at the 22nd & Alvernon location by Fry’s. I’m really glad I gave this Broadway & Alvernon spot a try. The service here was a complete 180. Christina helped me out and she was incredible. Not only was she friendly and efficient, but she also took the time to ask how my day was going and even recommended the footlong nachos, which turned out to be a great choice. The whole experience was smooth and easy, and thanks to Christina’s great customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location from now on. She honestly deserves a raise; it’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like that.

Christina was beyond helpful with my cookie platter orders. Had great attitude from the moment she picked up the phone to take my call. Thank you again to her for making it easy getting 72 cookies for an event last minute :)

Today is Monday April 14th @ 11:00 employee Christina made me and my family feel very uncomfortable when we walked in she was agitated telling a client about how she just threw a foot long sandwich at him at and talking about fentanyl all while kids are in lobby and plus she didn’t know/Refused that you can toast a avacado wrap
Very kind workers and exceptional professionalism. Definitely recommended visit.

I recently visited a Subway location near my hotel with the intention of purchasing a meatball sub. Upon entering, I was surprised when an employee, who was not even behind the counter at the time, quickly dismissed my request and refused to assist me. Feeling unwelcome, I decided to leave.
However, as I stepped outside, the same employee followed me out, stating that I was not allowed to be on the premises because I had not made a purchase—despite the fact that she had denied me the opportunity to do so. She then approached my boyfriend, who was waiting on one of the benches eating his food, and escalated the situation by threatening to call the police if we did not leave immediately.
This behavior was both unprofessional and unacceptable. It left me feeling as though I was being targeted, potentially due to racial discrimination or other personal biases. Such conduct not only creates a hostile environment for customers but could also harm the reputation and profitability of this location. I believe this employee's approach to customer service does not align with Subway's standards and may discourage other patrons from returning. I would not recommend going here while that lady is working she has a lot of personal issues that she should avoid bringing to the job she choose to be miserable at.
