Love this place it's friendly, clean and safe the employees are always smiling and wanna talk to you ? it's a great stop for my self to grab a quick sandwich meal and catch the bus or sit and eatWheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking and entrance ?
The manager of the store just chased me out of the bathroom after only 5 min because she believed I was "taking a shower." She said, "I heard the water running and I know that you were taking a shower. I need you to leave the premises right now or I'll call the cops." As she's banging on the door, I'm trying to use the restroom properly and had not even turned the sink on! Then she says, "I smell body wash, I know you're showering," as she continues.. I think to myself, I wonder if she is o. K. I think she needs to get something to eat, take a break or maybe a psych evaluation because none of what she said was true. Anyways, I left without spending any money. I wouldn't recommend spending your money there because they have no professionalism, customer service or manners whatsoever! How rude.

I used to just keep it simple, the same thing all the time. However due to coming her often, I’ve been encouraged to try a variety. Now while I like the Mexicali, my tummy wanted something less spicy. So, I ordered the Turkey Club combo & loved it, it was awesome!! I recommend it, when you want something less spicy & yummy @ the same time. Enjoy!!

This store doesn't even deserve stars, there needs to be a negative option because not only are the employees at this location rude, on their phone don't wash their hands, store supplies are not stocked and employee was constantly on phone even when other customers entered I saw because I sat down to eat and witnessed for myself. I called manager Jeremy and he insisted on speaking over me calling me crazy and saying was not his problem. I contacted corporate as I'm sure Subway as a company doesn't tolerate or need this type of publicity. If they don't like their job go elsewhere for employment, don't be rude.

Subway is of course, a great place to eat. The reason I am only giving this location three stars is because the ridiculousness of the management and not allowing patrons, who are regulars, use the restrooms, especially when there is a new employee at the restaurant. I have traveled all over this country, and only in Tucson, Arizona, you will find businesses that lock their patrons out of their restrooms for ridiculous reasons. God forbid you have to be human and go to the bathroom because these people have not a care in the world. They would rather you go all over yourself then let you use the bathroom.Kid-friendliness: Subway is knowingly a kid friendly place.Parking: An abundance of parking is available in front or back.Wheelchair accessibility: The San Clemente shopping center is wheelchair accessible, property wide, and this subway location is located on the southwest corner of the San Clemente shopping center right next door to Red Wing Shoes, A Lash Place and Smashburger.
