The blonde young girl threw a towel when we walked in to order as if we were an inconvenience like she was annoyed. We walked right out. Super upset. Not coming back to subway again. It was literally an hour before closing like girl chill.

on 5/15/25 7pm we entered the establishment and walked up to the counter. The Lady and Gentleman did not greet and left us standing at the counter while they cleaned up. We love subway so we went up the street to a better location. New Honey chicken is Phenomenal. Good job subway on the new sub. poor job on service and attitude.

I asked for my sandwich to not have green peppers and onions on my sandwich. I tried calling their phone number. They don’t answer. I’m really upset because I can’t eat green peppers or onions. Wish I could talk to them.

Well, heed the warnings of the other reviews. The WHITE BREAD was not ready so I only got one of 2 sandwiches and my dasher sat there for 30 minutes. They were genuinely the only good part of the experience! They had asked if they should just bring the other sandwich and was told no because they called me and said the bread was still baking to which I said okay, that is fine. They never called me saying my dasher could bring it if I didn't want to go and get it
The music was so loud couldn't hear what the employees were asking. Lettuce was brown, they had 3 cookies when I asked about the cookies the manager replied that's all we have, instead of making some. The counters were dirty. Not good won't be coming back

09/27/24 @ 1147am, I walked in & no customers but me! The girl behind the counter was fixing the recently baked bread & it all looked over baked, hard! When she finally was able to start my order I asked for the softest bread possible which didn’t help me! Both of my sandwiches bread was hard, over baked! The inside of the sandwich was fine but the bread ruined it, no excuse for over baking the bread, use a timer! This seems to be the normal condition of the bread at Subway. It happened at Golf Links & Wilmot store recently. I’m pretty sure I’m changing sub shops now, sad because Subway was always my favorite but not anymore! I’m done with Subway!
