The employee with the long name starting with Eq needs an attitude adjustment. He was careless with the food and kinda tossed it around so my bacon was all scewed. I've never had a Subway employee not make sure the bacon was straight cause it gets more bacon in every bite and also easier to place ingredients on top if it's flat. He toasted two sandwiches together and decided to argue with me that they always do that (they don't. it's only been a couple months since I last came here with my brother and we've been here dozens of times.) He also didn't seem to understand that when you toast/cook more than one thing together you need a time adjustment. It doesn't just magically heat up both in under a minute especially when one is practically frozen. He also bent the lids of our cups beyond use. Seemed to want to rush us out of there the whole time. He was not sorry at all for how he was behaving. Never had an employee at any Subway be so rude or careless before.

I came here with a group of friends, we waited to decide what to order and were polite but this young Asain girl was extremely rude to us. Demanding what we wanted and gave snarky faces and attitude when we talked. When our faces were turned she would roll her eyes . She would slam the oven after putting our sandwiches in and just overall was extremely rude. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. She should be fired!

Waited in line for like 10 minutes, that's cool it's busy. Get up to order, no Italian herb and cheese bread. Seen some on the cooling rack, said they couldn't use it, didn't see it taken out of the oven. I'd imagine it was cooled off enough to use. Then didn't get asked what cheese I wanted and was thrown off from the bread situation so forgot to mention it. Paid almost 13 dollars for a meal I don't even want to eat anymore. Past two times I've been to two seperate Subway's, not a pleasant time.

Store 58462 5570 E Travel plaza Tucson Az customer service is very bad when we got there ,there was 2 customers ahead of us it was about 730pm it took about 10 min to make one sandwich then the second customer it took a bit shorter about 20 min wait till we had our food started then another employee arrived and she was rude the other employee asked her what took so long she said I was waiting for it to die down then she was being so rude when we were about to pay we forgot 1 more sandwich she said there is a customer waiting by then 2 employees were there very bad service very bad

Not sure if the guy really was an intellectually challenged person, or the management. Ordered a footlong sandwich, then asked to have the 2 halves wrapped separately. I can't do that. Say what, why not? I only have one size paper. So use 2. I swear sometimes. Heaven help us with these kids nowadays.

I used this location regularly during this trip they ran out of bread they had only 1 type of bread left. They had new bread baking. Must have been a good day with many more customers than expected

I come here regularly on my drive after work between 230 and 6am. Every other time there is NO ONE at thr counter this even if I wait for 20 minutes absolutely awful service
