Went in to this location on a fluke, we’re never in this part of town. We’re ordered on the app, got a great deal on two footlongs, and Cadence made them immediately. This young girl was running the store by herself and with a smile on her face. Excellent customer service and quick and a great value. We will be back.

Went the evening of 8/4/24 and Sarah was working. I gave her one item at a time and she still was unable to follow messing up on all 3 of my sandwiches all while giving attitude like she did not care to be there. Her and her coworker kept leaving into the back room and were whispering to each other in front of customers the whole time I was there. Another gentleman came in asking for the pretzels he ordered online and Sarah told him she refused to waste the butter by making a whole batch before close. It was like 6:30-7pm which is hours before close? I love subway but have never experienced service as poor as this and I was heavily disappointed.

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken sub the other day, and although the service was quick and easy, I was disappointed with the final product after finding out the chicken was ice cold even after asking to have my sub toasted. I don’t know how much sauce they put on the sub but they evidently put too much on to a point where I got Buffalo sauce on my tshirt which took several hours just to get the stain out. Never had a problem with this place for years until this visit, but after realizing the clerk was more focused on clocking out and rushing through instead of taking care of the customer like they should’ve done to begin with, I’ll be taking my business to another location from this point on.

Management of this location must be terrible. Why would you leave a brand new employee, who obviously has not been trained adequately, by themselves during a peak rush time? It's irresponsible and not only bad for the customers but terrible for that employee. If you're not properly trained to do the job, then a lunch rush hits you and it's JUST you to complete each order, that's a recipe for disaster and thats exactly what my experience was. Both better training and scheduling is needed. I will probably not give this store another chance after waiting (literally) 40 minutes for my online order (which was incorrect but I really just wanted to give the person a break)

Ordered 3 steak and cheese foot longs and a BLT salad with extra fresh mozzarella. The steak subs were cold, the cheese never melted because it was cold and never toasted. The bacon on the salad and on 1 of the subs was uncooked.Seriously folks...a 3 year old would've done a better job.
