Workers do what they want and even when you tell them what you want they ignore you. They ignore you when you have questions and they never have supplies. You as the consumer pay more to upgrade drinks since they don't have lids. Or they short you on dipping sauce and avocado.

This location is constantly out of stock on so many items…today only one option for bread. Customer service isn’t great either.

Didn’t order this time because my daughter ordered online at another one. Amanda was very helpful but I have a major concern: she was working alone! This is so wrong for her safety first for one thing and not to have a phone is another. She would have called the other location to make sure it was the right one but she she said “they” took the phone out. I was there about a month ago and she had been stuck by herself all morning and her helper that finally had come in at 11 or so was new. There was a line and mine hadn’t come in yet online and she hadn’t gotten to it. No problem. Another customer started screaming that she wasn’t waiting on her (she wasn’t in line behind the three people waiting). The customer was out of control and Amanda kept her cool and kept working on the orders that were online as well as instructing the young man how to toast the sandwich. She really deserves praise for that. I still feel if you can’t staff the store it should be closed for the safety of one person, robbery, kidnapping, theft. Please don’t ask one person to work by themself. If there was an accident she could have been there for a long time. This is inhumane!
The gentleman working on Monday evening June 30th was very polite and friendly! Didn’t catch his name but I feel like he went above and beyond even for our simple order :)

I ordered a foot long tuna last night around 8. I ate half of it and I’ve been up since 2 am throwing up. Not sure what happened but this is the only thing I ate.

Stopped in on Saturday evening and had the pleasure of having Nathan make our sandwiches. He was at the end of taking care of the customer in front of us. When he was done, he politely informed us that he had to finish making the 2 online sandwiches and that he would be with us right after. That was fine with us no problem. While we were waiting for him to finish up the two sandwiches I was able to look at all the prepped toppings. I have to say he did an amazing job with his prepped food. Everything was neat, organized, clean, and very visually appealing. Nathan is a very polite young man! It was such a a pleasure to interact with him!! Thank you Nathan, you are doing an amazing job!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stopped in here and started looking at the menu, as the lady was making a sandwich she rudely asked if I was ordering a sandwich, and uttered and told me the line was over there 👉🏻 Thanks lady, as If I didn’t know already know that. I was looking at this side of the menu. This Irritated me so I left and went next door. No need for me to support that rude behavior.
This store is the worst, I accidentally ordered from here on doordash, I usually use the other River location because this location always has issues.... I ordered a 6-in sandwich for pickup it was $8.80 I wanted chips and a drink when I picked up but then was told there is no fountain soda only bottled soda, so I said I will have Pepsi, nope you were out of Pepsi so I had to get diet Pepsi, then I asked for a cup so I could get ice for my bottled soda, I had to pay $3.29 FOR A CUP when you had NO fountain soda, I was so upset I forgot my chips, my $8 meal turned into $16.56 !!! If you don't have fountain soda don't charge people for a 10-cent cup !!! I have reported the store plenty of times I will now be calling the manager Angel of the store to see if I can get anywhere, this is ridiculous !!!!
Only one sandwich maker. She's a bit 🐌. You must speak slow and repeat yourself a few times. Really, this is a reminder for myself to go to the other Subway. BTW, the girl is really nice...just management doesn't understand the needs of their employee and customers.

Went in to this location on a fluke, we’re never in this part of town. We’re ordered on the app, got a great deal on two footlongs, and Cadence made them immediately. This young girl was running the store by herself and with a smile on her face. Excellent customer service and quick and a great value. We will be back.
