Subway's got really good sandwiches but they're a long way from the $5 footlongs now to the point where they're not worth the money anymore they are much better sandwiches out there for the price

Just picked up the worst sandwich I’ve ever had at a Subway. Ordered a chicken bacon footlong. It was supposed to be toasted — it wasn’t. Sandwich was cold including the chicken! Was supposed to have cheddar cheese. No cheese at all. I ate about 4 bites and threw the rest out. $20 down the drain and an upset stomach. And I prepaid with a tip. Avoid this place!!!

Every time or most of the time when I order they always miss something in my order, it's so annoying and it's not even hard. I don't understand why they miss stuff, I don't understand can people not read or something. Get better employees..

I just ordered a tuna 6” tuna sandwich (5:30 pm) and it hardly had any tuna on it. ALSO, I commented to the sandwich maker that the bread was dry & hard. He said he didn’t know because he had just gotten to work. He didn’t offer to remake it or anything else. I’ve had other unpleasant experiences at this very location. Subway is definitely NOT what it used to be!!! They used to make good sandwiches, but not anymore! Very DISAPPOINTING! $15 down the drain!

I'm not sure what has happened to your sandwiches, but the last 2 visits I got a bread sandwich basically. There was some meat and the veggies I wanted but all I taste is bread at about 75%. I'm afraid to get a 6" sub, there added meat would be minimal. This used to be my favorite place to go, but now I pay 12 bucks for mostly bread.

The lady who made my sandwich was awesome. Totally forgot to get her name. Maybe it was desirae or Denise or something but I'm probably way off and it's something like Jane 🤣🤣 but anyway it was the best subway sandwich I've ever had and I've worked for subway and have made my own sandwiches lol
Dietary restrictions: No problem using clean gloves and clean knife for my sandwich, half the time the team member basically just rolls their eyes and acts irritated.
Kid-friendliness: No high chairs so if you have a baby that's too big to take in, in the car seat, yet too small to not use a high chair just be prepared. We were able to sit our fourteen month old on the bench and I held him with one hand and ate with the other

I don’t understand!!! The store says they close at 10 but it was 9:00pm when I made it and they were closed which makes no sense. Why don’t you guys just switch the closing hours to 9:00pm not 9:30 not 9:45 but 9:00pm! if you’re going to be closing that early anyways ?♀️ wasting ppl’s time. ( and no i couldn’t make it early cuz some of us don’t have time to come in “earlier”) and I shouldn’t have to come “early” if closing hours are at 10:00pm!! Do better!!

We went to subway after a long visit at the ER and Jonathan the assistant manager and Jessica were incredibly helpful and very friendly. My usual sandwich was changed on the menu and they very kindly helped me figure out what I actually wanted. Food was great, the store was very clean and well stocked.

Subway worst experience in 100+ visits, ask for extra onions and several other items but naked! WOW! If I call the store I get the same rude girl that was less than enthusiastic making my sandwich. Wish they still had surveys on the receipt. Callingcorporated in the a.m. ridiculous for a $13 sandwich
