Horrible customer service i ordered a foot long ham and cheese, and my friend got the 6', avocado and grilled chicken they all look so miserable except the cashier he was polite, the other 2 got mad because I asked for my sandwich to be extra toasted well the girl got mad because they had to keep putting it in oven, then I wanted extra spinach i wanted it stuffed but she didn't want to then she got more mad because she had to turn around to get more out of frig. Every time we come to this location the customer service just keeps getting worse.. now look at this does it look stuffed with spinach, I think not.. I just hate to write negative reviews, but I also know nothing will be done, and this review probably won't be posted. No one cares anymore..

I ordered delivery from the app, as I don’t have a car. Took almost an hour the driver had to wait there for a while for the order to be ready. I ordered 2 kids meals for my daughters, the sandwiches were made exactly as ordered, but they did not include the applesauce or drinks that come with their meals, so I called them to tell them the person answered unprofessionally and didn’t give her name, when I explained that I was missing items she didn’t even apologize just said can you come into the store today I said no I don’t have a way to get there she then said well then she can only offer me a voucher to be mailed to me they don’t do credits. Kind of rude and unprofessional so basically if I didn’t get the voucher sent to me I would be out of what I paid for subway corporation will be hearing from me how rude unprofessional their employees are and they are ripping me off of what I paid for. I’ve never had such bad service with subway before and the bread was kind of tough too

I went to this location on 9/19/25 at 3:00 and all I can say is the young adults that work here? They are amazing! What good kids! All 3 of them! So welcoming, so friendly, and attentive ! It was so refreshing stopping in n being treated safe pleasantly! Food was fresh sub was jam packed n put together so perfectly! It was made the exact way I wanted it! Stop by this subway! You won’t be disappointed! Leave these young people a tip! They so deserve it! I have a support pup n they were extremely kind to him as well! IM SO IMPRESSED WITH THESE YOUNG ADULTS! I did take out n ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki ft long! Extremely delicious! I hope the owner of this store realizes n appreciates his employees!! Good job!! Thank you! Shay n Bosco

Worst location.. always an excuse to not have any product. Subway is already overpriced but when there no food to choose from.. it's extremely disappointing. It's either they're out of certain breads or meats. When did they stop offering cookies for upcharges?? Or was that another excuse? Bunch of lazy employees at this location with even lazier managers.

Second time here at this location… we loved it so much the first time we just had to comeback. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and that makes a big difference. We noticed some youngsters the first time we were here and normally teenagers aren’t as friendly so we were very impressed. They give such a great impression that even if the food sucked we would still come back, luckily they have both great service and fresh food… keep up the good work

Great customer service. The ladies in there made the experience very welcoming, and they provided the best quality service. These girls are kicking butt! From my experience, I had a great meal, had amazing on hand service and overall left satisfied. My sandwich was cooked to perfection and I was happy with the final outcome. The only downside was leaving really, it is obvious these workers are big on inclusiveness, and they are determined to make sure the Customer leaves satisfied. Shout out manager Chris for leading this store, I would definitely come back for another demonstration of what it means to be a team!

Felt like it was an inconvenience to order a sandwich here… the employee was rude, bad tone of voice. She kept saying what else in a rude way that I gave her all the ingredients at once so I wouldn’t have to hear her nasty attitude.. well she couldn’t keep up she messed up my order.. put the wrong toppings.. the other employees were chill… I won’t recommend not coming here, she might have been having a bad day but I didn’t do anything upset her… all I did was go in, get in line, started my sandwich with other employee then I got to the veggies and it just went downhill from there..
