I arrived before my mobile order was ready. Staff was working on it and were really nice. They made my subs very nice, Unlike other subways where it seems they throw the ingredients into a pile.

Stopped by Subway after a long day at work ordered a 6 inch turkey and cheese, got home and the bread is completely stale. I did not order it toasted. They did not toast it so it’s not hard because of that. Can’t eat it, throwing it away.

This is the last time ill ever go back to subway. I ordered a foot long sub online . I go in to get it an didn't realize it was only 6in when i was in my car , an u Wonder why subways all across the country are shutting down, please re train your employees or get new ones that give a shit .

Usually the store is great! Today for whatever reason when i went in (ordered online) I got my sandwich and there was pepper DUMPED on top of my sandwich?? like you’d think if you saw half of my toppings covered in pepper it’s too much pepper? it’s disgusting. literally barely edible, had to remove more than half of the toppings to be able to eat it. Usually have good experiences but this is just too wild to not be upset about.

Very disappointed in the way this particular franchise owner lets this place be run. They are rarely on the Subway App. My recent experience was very inconvenient. Which is opposite of what fast food dinning is all about. Before my journey to the restaurant I tried to place an order on the app. It said that this particular location was off-line so I traveled all the way to this location with the buy foot-long, get a foot-long for free on the mobile app. I’m sure you could guess they would not honor this. My thought is that the owner of this franchise consistently takes his store off-line so that he/she doesn’t have to honor the current coupons and sales. I live less than a mile from this location. If I don’t get some sort of resolution to my disappointment, I will never visit this location again. On second thought don’t respond. This location has inconvenienced me too many times I’m done.

I am old and handicapped and was left standing with my canes for awhile. I was waiting for someone to put the veggies on my two footlong sandwiches. They had been warm and had gotten cold I had wait so long. I had asked if they could cut one of the sandwiches in half because I was sharing it with my son. It was the same sandwich but then they charged me for two sandwiches. I just wanted to cut it in half which ended up being a 4" and 8". Then they didn't put all the things on the sandwich. They also charged me for 2 six inch sandwiches instead of the footlong sandwich I had asked for. I even clarified it with the cashier that I just wanted it cut into 2 pieces. I knew I couldn't eat the whole thing. My daughter said to put guacamole on my other footlong sandwich and you wouldvfet a free cookie. There wasn't enough guacamole so thry were scrapping the container ans spoon to get the little they put on. No cookie but the others got one. I tried to call be the girl that answered just made excuses not knowing what to do. A sorry would have gone a long way. I have my receipts and will be bringing them into the store and hopefully I can be treated like a human being and get a refund for the overcharge. We were 3 separate transactions for 11 people.

I've eaten hear at this location on n off for 20 years. I work a 10 hour call center shift and was doing doordash 2 nights ago. Im a single mom rn as my husband is in florence a yr. This tiny tott with bad eyeliner who was rude as could be was in there commenting and on playing flay bread for a while. ....I put in my order while in delivery about 45 minutes prior to arriving and was concerned I was late.... buy one 12" get one dealIt was never start and she was very goofy and snotty about it due to bread and something about 4 other orders...My boys had meatball subs....she was then stating "so like what if we don't have meatballs? It's just like getting late so I guess if I have to I can heat it up."To which I replied you should had made it with meatballs already you work at a damn sandwich shop u complaining about the 4 orders of what 5 to 8 sandwiches ahead of our order.....isn't that in you job description....She said something snide back so I then ask her is the refund going straight to my card. She then finally calls the manager and dead a$# after asking in front of me says "well her boys want only meatballs and nothing else and we close in an hour so like what's the point" to which I had stated loud enough excusenme, I believe the point was I ordered these over a freaking hour ago.No resolution but don't recommend going there again unless you want the 15 year old stoner daughter experience.Stupid terrible customer service all the manager could say was I asked her not to let that happen ever again.

I placed an order through the app for a tuna foot long and a vitamin water. Apparently they use door dash for deliveries and this is now twice I had missing items. The drink was not delivered. I called the store, they said I have to call door dash so I did and they told me I have to call subway which they transferred me to the corporate number that advised me to go on the website. This is unacceptable to anyone. I paid 22.55 for a tuna foot long sandwich to be delivered 1 mile from the store. (I am at work and cannot leave) who is supposed to give me back my money? No one at the store knows either apparently. Subway you really need to do better.
