This was the most dirtiest Subway I’ve ever been in at 11:00am when they opened at 10am.I just turned around and walked out after looking at it.

Don't bother. This Subway just doesn't care. Ordered 2 sandwiches/chips/drinks for delivery and, while both chips and drinks were delivered, only 1 sandwich showed up. Tried calling - no answer - turns out their phone doesn't work. Drove over there to get a refund and was told the manager would refund it in the morning. Asked the young lady to call her manager and she responded, "I don't want to bother her." Asked why only one sandwich was delivered as was told "We're out of tuna." When questioned why no attempt was made to relay that information to the me as the customer, she repeated that they were out of tuna and that their phone doesn't work. Can't completely blame the young lady behind the counter because the management of the store set her up to fail.

Might as well have kept this location closed. I mean a sandwich is a sandwich you can get them just about anywhere. So there's nothing really special about this location. Management needs people skills -very impersonable it's like watching a dentist pull teeth. The red-headed guy doesn't know how to balance conversations and work,talking distracts him from getting the job done quickly. The one guy that was enjoyable, professional and nice isn't there anymore. That always happens with cruddy managed locations like this one. Skip this one and go the extra mile and try the Linda Vista location!

Wow reading reviews here and some people are just rude and feel entitled. I have had nothing but great experiences at this store. Yes sometimes you do have to wait, but you can either order your sandwiches for delivery or order them for pickup those are options. But this self entitled crud of "I'm here now so you need to serve me now" mindset and mentality that most people carry needs to stop because true,you have alternatives but you don't have to bash because you didn't get something by the snap of your fingers!

Yes,they often do have one person, so give them Grace as they are doing their best. And some of the reviews I'm reading I know who you guys are talking about, and no that individual does not have the worst case of jaundice the gentleman who left that review A) has no idea what jaundice is B) and really just needed something to complain about, I didn't take men to be big complainers.

And do the person who complained about oh the person came up from the back, have you never heard of a shift change? Again the self entitled mindset of "you need to serve me RIGHT now" needs to stop!

And if any of these people who left reviews complaining about one person working,would understand how hours are assigned or given then they wouldn't be complaining. If they want to help that store then they need to be eating there more.

But I'm leaving this great review from my experiences because I find it ridiculous that grown ups can't make better choices so they have to complain about the choice they made and how they're entitlement didn't get served immediately.

Keep up the great work here guys,no complaints here.

Guy making the sandwich doesn't listen at all. Asked *three* times to make all three sandwiches six inch, and all came out footlong. Didn't notice until after they were toasted and didn't want to make a fuss. Half of the vegetables and condiments were out, and what wasn't out was full of onions (a usual subway problem, but particularly bad here).

Guy making my sandwich also had the worst case of jaundice I've ever seen and probably shouldn't have been at the store. Never coming back to this one.

Oh my God! There was 1 person ahead of me that ordered 2 subs. And I was waiting for 20 minutes to just order. The clerk decided to share their life story with her.
I think I would have been in and out faster at a sit down restaurant. This location needs some work. Then to top it all off they get to me and another person walks out from the back. This was so ridiculous. I do not recommend this location!!! To tell you the truth, I'm embarrassed for the franchise owner

Worst subway ever. On numerous ocassions the wait is long, the service is lousy, they barely listen to what you say. I have been in there many times when one of the girls that works there is getting food off shift, and keeps running back in to add to an order, making the wait longer. When she is working she is slow and usually on her phone. She is the one driving a grey Ford mustang. I almost got hit by her one day while she was leaving. I will never go to this store again. I have walked out, gone next door to n Bashas deli and made my own sun faster.

Just tried to come here for a sub and there was a worker with his pregnant gf I’m guessing just sitting in the booth no shoes on feet kicked up on the other side gf was hugging him and well everyone always loves to have someone visit at work but win that much pda then having your shoes off during business hours nooo I lost my appetite and turned back

Second time trying to come here during lunch time. Both times, there has only been 1 person working. After waiting for more than 5 minutes to even order, I left, as they were working on pickup orders instead of offering to help me. Is this standard operating procedure, to only staff 1 employee during lunch?

We went there in the evening on Thurs - Sept 21st & they were out of many of the meats. The bread wasn't very fresh either. What a disappointment! C'mon keep your store stocked so we can get a decent sandwich off of the menu! The employee was very gracious despite not having available products.
