This is the subway to go to. The management is great. The quality of their prep work is so good. Everything looks appetizing rather than just tossed in the line with out care. The bread is soft and fresh and this is probably the only subway ive been to where they care this much about their job and what they are serving and presenting. Way to go to the team here.

There was this wonderful women named Brooke working around 9:08 and she was such a trooper working so late and had lots of online orders plus walk ins she truly deserves a raise especially being the only one serving that night she’s a superstar give that women a raise

Order the meal if the day on line, which was chicken teriyaki, it was the plainest chicken was dry wasn’t marinated in the teriyaki sauce, they didn’t follow my directions nor put my spices on my sandwich it was the saddest sandwich I ever had from subway very disappointed.

There’s a little short red head / blondie (Gremlin) that works at night . She is weird ! And a psychopath ! and has the worst attitude, Bad service ! Bad food ! Bad environment ! AVOID this place at all costs at night ! Try going in at 7 pm and I guarantee you’re going to find a locked door or the little weird female saying she’s closing and out of food. She needs to be fired instantly!!!! She is definitely Not cut out for customer service whatsoever ! She needs to stick to be jobless with that attitude. Just a reminder to look out for the little blondish/ red haired gremlin lol ? She’s makes the stomach turn knowing she touches our food yikes ! STAY AWAY ! I repeat stay away lol

Most horrible experience I've seen especially for this day & age. I walked out of this store before placing my order due to the rude & prejudice attitude of a young girl to several older customers before myself. She gave the BIGGEST attitude to these older folk over requests for basic things like extra toppings, ect. Kept heavily sighing saying she needed to close (mind you this was 30 minutes before the close time stated on the front door of the store). She acted as if she was so bothered to be working at all, maybe she shouldn't be in customer service. The sad part is, older people are too afraid to speak up so I'm doing it for them. I had been warned by locals this is a "bad" location but in my traveling I like to try things for myself. This is by far the least progressive chain I've ever been to & do not plan on returning. Management should be ashamed for not providing appropriate training of customer service skills to their employees or not checking often enough on them.
Ashley is the best!! She does everything to perfection. I like my sandwich put together a certain way and she makes it just right every time. I go out of my way to come here vs the one down the street on Thornydale because the service is just infinitely better.
