BEWARE OF NEW MENU....I'm Very Frustrated with the new menu. Subway had a Chicken Rotisserie sandwich that now you can Only get it as a Chicken Bacon Ranch online. I only eat rotisserie chicken but I do Not eat bacon or ranch. Then online you canNOT remove the bacon... YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING!! So you get it with bacon and get charged for it too at more than $13!!!! This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I do Not like paying for something I don't eat!!!

This is an absolutely horrible restaurant with horrible employees. The employees are never available and when they are they are so rude. I will continue to write horrible reviews about this place because not only are they unfriendly but also unsanitary. It’s disgusting. Hopefully this location shuts down. Can’t believe I even have to rate it a 1 star. Sad.

I swear this place off a while back and started going to the one on Ina I gave it another chance when I heard the manager at Ina had taken it over was there yesterday Ashley and Brianna are the best hands down they handled the front and drive thru like pros super fast and friendly I will definitely be back. Great job turning this place around

I went through the drive-thru on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Robert was my server and cashier. I liked how Robert introduced themselves in the beginning by saying their name in their greeting. I asked for a foot long Tuna sub on Italian Herbs& Cheese bread with Provolone cheese (not toasted; I additionally asked for lettuce, spinach, pickles, black olives, red onion, olive oil, vinegar, and mayo). I also liked how Robert asked if I wanted any salt and pepper on my sub. I asked for ground pepper. Thank you, Robert, for the exceptional customer service!

I went at 8:50 which I know is annoying because they close at 9, but I went and tried to open the front door and it was locked. There was a girl in there who saw me and totally ignored me. I proceeded to go through the drive through cause I dunno maybe she would help me there but no. She continued to ignore me.

If you want to be ignored upon entering and not acknowledged for 10 minutes then this is the place to go. The customer service here is terrible. The manager needs to address this. The people making sandwiches won't even look up at you when you walk in.

Today I went into subway and there was only one worker with 3 customers ahead of me, she Handle everyone with patience and was very kind to everyone. She helped all of us in a timely manner. Also made us yummy sandwiches. Thank you Ezabel for ur hard work you have great work ethic. I will return with my family again.

We went through the drive-thru today and got some pretty awful customer service. From the very beginning, we were being rushed and interrupted. After literally every word/sentence my bf said, the order taker (a young girl) said, with an attitude, "anything else". It was interrupting him as he was trying to say more but all we heard was "anything else" causing him to have to restart his sentence. She needs to be re-trained on how to take orders with patience and allow the customer to get out what they're trying to say. She did not read back the order and as a food restaurant that frequently takes very diverse orders, I believe that's the most important part of taking the order. Making sure the PAYING customer is getting what they want (which one of our sandwiches was missing at least 4-5 ingredients). We started the order in a fine mood but by the time we drove out of the line we were just dumbfounded and irritated at how bad the customer service was. All I can say is, do better.

LES WHITE SHAME ON YOU! You are the owner of this location. Mr. White, you should be ashamed of yourself leaving a young beautiful girl to work alone. The danger you put her in is criminal. The poor girl had to man the drive through and the inside. I waited a total of 15-20 minutes, being put on hold on outside speaker, if she had a walk in. She got my order wrong. I BLAME YOU Mr. White. I was scared for her. She looked the same age as my granddaughter.
