The service at this location is terrible. I had good service the first time I went and haven't since. Don't bother ordering ahead because they don't pay attention to the notes (ex: wrong toppings or more/less of a topping) and the sandwich will be swimming in sauce. I've given this store a lot of chances, and at this point I'd rather drive further to the one on Oracle or Campbell.

Despite getting a primo parking space right up front. Unfortunately I decided not to eat here after reading the previous reviews.

Ordered a pretzel with cheese sauce. My cheese sauce was cold as ice and my pretzel was supposed to be soft and it was hard as a brick even after it was warmed. It's 103 degrees outside so I asked for a cup of ice and the cashier says we don't have any more cups mind you had a counter full of cups. :(

Oh lanta! I came to review the location I visited today and came to see very similar experiences across the board with the same women I encountered today.

I placed my order online, and waited in my car for about 5 minutes watching through the window( trying to see if my order was being made). A younger women short blonde hair was doing that. A man long black hair pink eye shadow was sweeping the floors and putting chairs up. I questioned if they were closing and rushed in to make sure I got my order.

As soon as I entered the building the women mentioned that it’s going to take about 5 minutes. I then told her I had placed an order. She then told me she was making it. And apologized because she had been busy all day.

She went on to tell me she just got a new manager and he doesn’t help. That he left her there all day for a 5 hour shift all alone. He didn’t allow her to take a break, but that was okay because there is a meeting with the owner coming up and she was going to address her concern then.

She went on to complain about costumers from the day.

I then turned to the guy and said well I atleast hope your day was better and he says,” oh, I don’t work here. She’s my friend and I’m just here keeping her company.” This man is working in a store that he is not getting paid to be there while he distracts the staff from doing their job…. Like what ??

Facility itself was clean

Food was…. Very bland surprisingly. Subway is one of my favorites but these sandwiches just missed the bar. My husbands blt had raw bacon.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location but hopefully this new manager can get it into shape

I went to this location to eat around noon today, and there was a woman employee who was very snippy and not sympathetic to my questions on sandwiches and prices. I told her I have not been to subway in a couple months and I thought they were still doing the meal of the day but I was mistaken as she got really snippy with me saying they haven't done it in over a year. Was very embarrassed because she made me feel dumb. I was just trying to buy a meal because I was hungry. I feel this location looked down on me because I was on a budget, and it was not to their standards. Everything has gone up here in Tucson, and I'm still adjusting she should have just been kinder and more helping respectfully.

Today 05/02/2024 around 7h30 pm, there is a young woman who work inside, she’s got attitude when I asked her to use the restroom, I will never come back in this store again.

Overall this subway was really good I enjoyed my sandwich with my family however the lady working there was really rude she had a blank expression and and had a bit of an attitude even when I asked to use the restroom, another customer came into the restaurant and treated them even with disrespect even to the point where she tossed his sandwich like a baseball into the trash can all rude when she got his order wrong.
