Overall this subway was really good I enjoyed my sandwich with my family however the lady working there was really rude she had a blank expression and and had a bit of an attitude even when I asked to use the restroom, another customer came into the restaurant and treated them even with disrespect even to the point where she tossed his sandwich like a baseball into the trash can all rude when she got his order wrong.

Not all Subways are created equal, and this one rises far above the rest. The place is spotlessly clean, the staff is super friendly and the food is excellent. I have a soft-spot for Subway since I can pile on all the veggies I want and you can get a toasted sub anytime I want. Today's lunch hit the spot!

When I asked why it was $2 dollars more to make it salad the cashier said "I don't know I don't make the prices" with an attitude. I just wanted to know what I was getting for my $2 extra dollars

Store is always clean, mostly friendly staff. Today must of been an " off " day for 1 of the girls, she just seemed like she didn't want to be there. Other than that weLove coming into this store.

My husband and I went to this location around 8:15pm on a Saturday. There was a young women with short hair behind the counter, and a young man (NOT IN UNIFORM) putting up all the chairs on top of the tables (NOT SANITARY), because he wasn't even wiping the chairs. I had selected our bread, after I noticed the young man putting up chairs, I ask the the short hair woman what time they closed. Her response was (with an attitude) was 9pm, but that lobby was closed! Then I asked, "So we can't eat here?" It took her a few seconds, and her response (WITH THE ATTITUDE) was (No!) As a General Manager of a Fast Food restaurant would not tolerate my employees treating the customers this way! I asked her for her name, because she didn't have a name batch on her uniform. She response (I don't have to give you my name). I decided to tell her thank you, and my husband, and I walked out. We went to the one on Oracle Rd. & Roger. The young woman by the name of Joann was very professional. I told her about what happened at the other Subway on Wetmore, and she said that they have been getting several complaints from this location. The Manager at this location (Wetmore & 1st ave) should check up on this employee before closing.

Very poor customer service.. the crew seemed like they just got beat down like a puppy. Not sure what happened but it affected their customer service.

Walked in, the blonde girl with glasses working yelled at me to shut HER door- quickly followed by "JUST SO YOU KNOW WE ONLY HAVE WHEAT BREAD" and a bunch of other stuff I couldn't make out because she sounded drunk. While two other employees were sitting on their phones in a booth. Does everyone hate their jobs so much that they don't even have the courtesy to fake it? I seriously can't wrap my head around how atrociously rude this girl was.
