Hoping the owners see this review! I placed my order today for pickup at 12:55. I left a note asking if they could please make sure olives were on one and NOT on the other, PLEADING bc no one ever gets it right. They were so kind about it when I got there and told me how they got my back. Not only did they do it but the subs are the most clean made subs I’ve ever seen, nothing is falling out and it’s so easy to eat. So whatever man and woman were working on March 4 at almost 1pm THEY ARE SO GOOD !!!

Had an okay experience at this location. Had to tell the lady multiple times and how I wanted my sandwich though. But eventually she got a right without. Too much trouble. But the lobby was kind of dirty. It's kind of hard to find a table that didn't have crumbs and napkins and stuff all over it. That wasn't too close to other customers. I just didn't want to feel like I was invading their space. But yeah, definitely nice of the restaurant. Especially the dining area needs to be better
Horrible location. They prioritize making online orders over serving customers in the building. I was already second in line before I heard them say they received two pick up orders. And when I finally got to the front, they told me to wait until their pickups were made. I then asked why they couldn't serve me first since I was physically in front of them. The person then raised their voice and told me to be patient. Why would you prioritize an order for someone who wasn't even there yet?! I was also the last person in line so it wasn't like they were slammed with orders. So they proceeded to make the TWO pickup orders before asking me what I wanted. One I can tolerate, but TWO?! Plus they were super slow. When they put a sandwich in the oven, they just stare at it until it's ready. Instead of staring at it, they could've used that time to at least ask me what kind of bread I wanted! I got fed up and went to the Subway on Broadway and Alvernon; highly recommend you go to this Subway instead. Only go here if you enjoy standing in the front of the line and watching them make orders that came in after you did.
