Went through drive thru. Sandwiches were as light as the bread. No sauces that were asked for were placed in the sandwiches. Purchased 4 and all the same.

I ordered online and went to get my sandwiches to discover that at 6:00 (dinner time) there was one person working in the store. My online order was halted because of drive thru orders so it wasn’t ready when I got there to pick it up. On top of that, your system marked my sandwiches toasted when I specifically hit the non-toasted option. After informing her that they were not supposed to be toasted, she remade them and I had removed everything off the sandwiches besides olives and mustard and she put everything on them. I walked out of this store without my food and filed a dispute with my card processor. Get some more help in this store please. She was way too busy to be there alone. And because I had to go to a different Subway to get my order correct, I paid twice as much because the BOGO is only available online, which i OBVIOUSLY won’t be doing again.
