I ordered online and went to get my sandwiches to discover that at 6:00 (dinner time) there was one person working in the store. My online order was halted because of drive thru orders so it wasn’t ready when I got there to pick it up. On top of that, your system marked my sandwiches toasted when I specifically hit the non-toasted option. After informing her that they were not supposed to be toasted, she remade them and I had removed everything off the sandwiches besides olives and mustard and she put everything on them. I walked out of this store without my food and filed a dispute with my card processor. Get some more help in this store please. She was way too busy to be there alone. And because I had to go to a different Subway to get my order correct, I paid twice as much because the BOGO is only available online, which i OBVIOUSLY won’t be doing again.

I had a pretty big oder and the one gal was great the other one just looked at me like I was on drugs and sure of a old fat guy with a beard. But she was very very polite and said welcome and goodbye then I guess that's all you can ask for she wasn't working on my sandwiches so that was okay and like I said she was just like the other one very very nice very sweet and it just she just didn't know how to take me and I get that a lot so it's no big deal.

I went in to subway to get a sandwich was going for a Number 4 but the gentleman that helped us recommended the number 30 and head was so polite. It was the best sandwich I have ever had I think his name is khalid thank you and we will definitely come back and try it again.
