I had two order put in and both were wrong. I received the wrong order the first time, and the second time they didn't put meatballs on my meatball sub. Ridiculous.

We walked in and it smelled absolutely foul in there. The workers took my friend and I's order, we both built our own sandwiches. We're not stranger to subway and go pretty often, so when I went to check out I was really surprised to see that the sandwich I typically get was $2 more than it usually one without any add ons of any kind. When I asked the worker why a 6" turkey sandwich was so much she said "because you ordered a #15". I told her I built my own and she said "we don't do that anymore, I don't know why that's even on there" and charged me anyway.
If subway did get rid of the "build your own sandwich" (which defeats the whole point of the establishment) then it's just really disheartening to hear and I don't think I need to go to subway anymore.

Everything was super fresh and the best part was the manger Richard delivered my catering order super quickly!! Everything was perfect and everyone loved the cookies hehe because subway has the best cookies! I will be doing this again for my next event!! Thank you to Store 1844 for the most amazing service!
