I had a positive experience at Subway thanks to Robert. The line was long and he was working by himself, but he stayed calm, patient, and kept things moving while still giving each customer good service. He worked hard and made the sandwiches well, putting a generous amount of ingredients on them. It was clear he was doing his best to take care of everyone, and I really appreciated his effort.
I didnt know before the Subway inside was Pilot was open 24 hours and as an overnight worker this was such good news to me. Shenlee inside the Subway is such a joy and so helpful and great at making the sandwiches. Can't recommend this place enough for all the night owls. It feels safe here and they will take care of you
IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When we were deciding what to get, we took a while to choose but our server was super nice. His name was Jeremiah. He helped us decide and even showed us some new things such as the italian seasoning and the herb and cheese bread. He chated with us super nicely and helped us a lot. Will come here again as great customer service and good fresh food!!!
