It's 9:40 p.m. and the restaurant is closed!!!! It says you close at 10 p.m. ??? You have an employee inside but he says you're closed. Update your hours of operation if you'll be closing before 10 p.m.

I was saying your location on Grant and Alvernon today. I was disrespected by a person named a l e x. He identified himself as your store manager. He disrespected me and refused me service for no reason. There was another woman in the store with her husband and she also had a problem dealing with a l e x. She had to mention something to him also but he did not refuse her service. I mentioned to a l e x that he should not be a manager. He was smart mouth with me and disregarded me. He said that I could listen to him tell me about your 30-minute rule about getting a refill and after that a person would be loitering and if he could answer questions about your drinks for sale then I could listen to his words about what he had to say about the homeless population and 30 minute time limit to get a refill on a drink. He was disrespectful and smart mouth and refuse me service for no reason and again another woman customer while I was inside the store also seemed not to appreciate the way a l e x was speaking to her. Please replace this person named a l e x and please get a new manager at your Subway on Grant and Alvernon. Thank you.

This is the first time I have encountered an incompetent Subway employee. I asked to fill a cup with soda while an employee named Alex was trying to fix something in the machine. When I asked, “Can I get some water?”, he started indignantly asking if I was okay, saying that he didn’t understand my language, even though I was speaking English. I told him, “If you can’t work with people, then don’t work with people—don’t show dissatisfaction to customers, because I asked a perfectly normal question.”

After that, I asked for his name, to which he replied that he didn’t have one. For some reason, he then started saying that he was American and I was not. When I told him I would complain about him, he began kicking us out of the restaurant and then tried to follow me to find out the name of the company I work for.

In my opinion, he should work somewhere closed off from people.
