My wife door dashed what turned out to be quite possibly the saddest flatbread sandwich of all time from here yesterday (for a whopping 20$ no less!!). Even worse is the fact that this nasty pathetic sandwich gave her food poisoning 🤮. She’s sick as hell cus of your negligence. Have y’all ever heard of soap and water??? Actually disgusting. Germ theory’s been around for 200 years, and y’all can’t manage to wash your damn hands 🤢. I made a complaint to Pima’s health department and also Subway HQ, and I can only hope the magic of hygiene manages to grace this store.

Disappointing Experience with Online Order
I had one of the worst experiences with Subway today, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I placed an online order, and they charged me twice. My girlfriend went to the store to pick it up, but after sitting there for 45 minutes, they claimed they had no record of the order. Instead of resolving the issue, they decided to ignore her completely.
When I called the store, the employee told me they couldn’t do anything because “it never went through yet.” This is absolutely false—I have the debit transaction information in my hand proving the charges. They completely failed to take any responsibility or show basic customer service.
The worst part? My girlfriend was visibly upset after being ignored and treated poorly. It’s unacceptable behavior from employees who are supposed to help. What happened to Subway’s standards? Someone clearly dropped the ball here, and they need to do better.

I went in to buy, everyone has their faces turned upside down and they don't help. They work in a shop, they are all from Mexico. There is no smile on anyone who enters the shop. They have racism. There is no help for advice. Go buy from this shop. There is no spirit of help.

The young woman making my sandwich was super sweet, it ended up being the very best subway sandwich I ever ate! I had to thank her. Btw- just found out that they're going to discontinue Honey Mustard! If so, bye bye Subway. It makes the whole sandwich. I'm not going to carry some on me just in case one day I stop in. Wtf? I was told it was the most expensive sauce they buy, but less used. Umm, hello? So then you don't have to buy as much- correct? I'll go somewhere else.
Vegetarian options: It's not organic veggies. I couldn't get an answer about GMO.

The new dippers were such a disappointment. The flatbread used must have been old or dried out because when toasted the dippers were hard and unable to be eaten. We tried all three and were surprised at how little cheese and product was used in the dippers. There was very little flavor to them. Stick to the sandwiches at this location. I've never had a problem with them at this location.
So went to Subway today during a massive massive thunderstorm in they were about five people in line and one employee behind the counter so this review is about the service rather than the food the girl's name behind the counter was Nikki and she handled everybody's orders like a true champ she did a great job under pressure a true asset to the subway family she did a great job
