We ordered online for pickup and entered the store a few minutes after when it was supposed to be done only to find our order has not even been started yet because the
employee was focusing on in person orders. She said she had not started it yet because of the line of in person orders. Had to wait a long time after our order was supposed to be done. Horrible service. The sandwich was good, however.

Service was bad guy was in the back took him 30 minutes to come out to get my order he was rude and was wearing an airport and couldn't hear what I was ordering.

I made an online order and went in the store to pick it up and it took 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches and get 3 cookies. Once I got the sandwiches and the cups I started getting drinks. Each of the sodas are all flat, the Coca Cola was clear. The lemonade was watered down. Then to make everything even better I didn’t receive the chips I ordered. They weren’t even on display. Never going here again. I would warn people to not come here.

One kid working by himself, no manager around or other employees. Drinks bad, restaurant needed to be cleaned. Out of ingredients or clearly needed to be restocked. Took 30 minutes to get two sandwiches :/ won't be coming back.

There is a reason why this subway never has anyone there. New manager is horrible, she yells at customers and told this poor old man (Walmart worker) who was eating cereal he needed to leave because he wasn’t buying anything but then someone else sat down and she said nothing. She harasses people who wait for their families to finish paying for groceries. This place is under horrible management. There was mice traps by the food pick up and roaches in their back room. I had a meatball sub toasted and it was still cold and tasted like it was left over night sitting in the container I was so grossed out. Never again will I go here!

Now I remember why I stopped going to Subway. The people they hire take no pride in getting orders right and the amount you are paying for the amount you are getting is not worth it anymore.Look at the pics...3 cucumbers are "more"? Same for the lettuce and spinach. And the kids were not happy when their sandwich breads were mixed up. It's 2 sandwiches from a to-go order on an app to a store that wasn 't busy and they had 30 minutes to make them. And it was still too much to expect that they get it right apparently.I have screenshot of my order but for some reason it doesn't find them upload.

It was very easy to order my lunch ahead of coming into the Subway store. I was able to use the coupon code for additional savings. My sandwich was made fresh and accurately.? The staff was friendly and professional. ???? Even though there was no diet coke to pick up with my order, the staff attempted make things right by offering additional substitutes. This is the second time recently that I had a good experience here. ??

A young gentleman was working here yesterday evening. He made my sandwich, and he was very pleasant. The man was very flexible, as I wanted the marina marina sauce--he gladly fulfilled my order. He told me to come back again, and I told him "I certainly will sir!"

The lady's r vary nicest& cordial &the subs&freah salads were vary good .but the reason I am writing this review is because yesterday I happen to be at the subway store on alvernon & Grant &I got a sub with extra turkey like I always do&even when u get a sub with extra meat they give u a free cookie.but this subway on Alvernon & Grant the prices of my sub was under 14.00 dollar,s but the prices at the subway inside the Walmart superstore on Park ave Subway sandwich cost almost 15.00 Dollars &I don't understand why the prices would very from one subway store then the others plus the subway store on alvernon. Grant gives u a free cookie when u get extra meat on ur sub but the one on Park Ave inside the Walmart superstore doesn't give u a free cookie with extra meat on ur sub I would love a explanation plz thank u

The lady was nice, and the sub came on one of the freshest subs ever. The only reason I lowered my service from a 5 to a 4 this time. Is only because 6 months or so the owner graciously offered me a free footlong sub to make up for three visits in a row the soda machine was down. Which I thought was very nice . But I never received it. Even after replying back to her 3 times on how do I claim my free sub.

The employee seemed to not like his job he did not have a good attitude with the customers after we were done being served he told two customers that he was closing soon and walked straight to grab the gate to close half way, so they walked off and when the next customer came he told him (just him) "I'll be with u in a minute" and he continued to leave out of subway area and leave the customer waiting. The employee also wore his hair in his face with a work cap on.
