I normally love Subway, but I didn't know that you have to pick a sandwich off of their pre-made menu with their pre-made prices, or you would be charged more for creating your own sandwich. I didn't find that out until my 3rd visit there when they finally decided to tell me that they charge more if you "create your own sandwich." That doesn't help too much for those of us that have low vision or are otherwise vision impaired. For the same price I was being charged, there's a nice little Italian Deli right across the street whose employees will sit down with you and go through the menu and make any changes you request. If you have never tried something, the nice little deli across the street doesn't mind getting you a free sample. I think I will just leave this Subway location in its little corner and visit other franchise locations that have better customer service skills.

If you’re looking for a place to experience the absolute worst customer service imaginable, look no further than this Subway location. I had the misfortune of dealing with Debbie, the assistant manager, who clearly missed the memo on how to treat customers. After placing my order online and having the money promptly deducted from my account, I expected to walk in and grab my food. Instead, I was met with Debbie’s rude attitude and a complete refusal to honor my order. She claimed she never received it, despite the fact that my bank statement clearly showed the deduction. Debbie’s solution? I could either return the next day for a refund or just leave empty-handed, even though I had already paid. It’s astonishing to see someone in a management position lacking any sense of responsibility or basic decency. If you enjoy being treated like garbage while your hard-earned money disappears, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear and take your business elsewhere.

Amazing experience! Hubby & I came in in a kinda somber mood but left with smiles! Grabbed a sandwich for a friend but we were blessed just as much even without eating! Great ppl. Young lady was swamped & alone & could easily been rude or pushy but was the opposite. What a pleasant surprise. Keep it up Subway!

My wife's and I first time was very recently. The staff made our order accurately and fast. The store was quiet as we were the only customers at first. This Subway location was clean and well organized. My wife was happy to report that her flatbread sandwich was delicious ? Well done staff at this location ??

Vegetarian options: Dont know why someone would want a vegetarian sub sandwich but you can do it
