Our server was great. A bit on “autopilot” but kind and efficient. Our food was subpar for the price point. Lobster was it seemed a frozen piece placed on top of a shell. Steak was fine. I had the “Oscar” style and it was not even a bite of crab and the sauce was minimal. The drinks were nice.

Our party of four was crammed into a small booth, leaving us with an uncomfortably crowded table from the start. The service that followed was consistently subpar. We experienced a notable delay just to place our initial drink order, as our waitress was seemingly unaware she had been assigned our table. This slow pace plagued the entire meal, with long waits for water refills, significant delays between courses, and empty plates left cluttering the limited table space. At this price, service should be seamless and attentive; ours was anything but. The food, apart from the excellent steaks and a decent salad, was mediocre. The garlic mashed potatoes were bland, the Brussels sprouts lacked the expected crispiness, and the desserts were small, uninspired, and utterly forgettable. For a bill exceeding $500, one expects not just high-quality entrees, but also impeccable service and well-executed supporting dishes. Sullivan's failed to deliver on these crucial elements. Based on the poor service and the inconsistency of the food, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Service was properly spaced. We totally enjoyed the oysters, and crabcake for appetizers. The soup, salad, entrées, and dessert were fantastic.

Second time coming to Sullivan's for my birthday. The first time I appreciated how they acknowledged my birthday with a card and dessert, but this time they didn't even say anything despite me putting it on the reservation. Nonetheless, the food and drinks were good. We had filets, chicken, shrimp, spinach, and salads for the table. I love their blueberry lemon drop martinis.

I live in Phoenix and I went gear with a friend from out of town on a road trip. We were expecting an experience similar to those at the steakhouses in Phoenix after reading the menu. We were sadly mistaken. The restaurant is mostly well appointed and the server was attentive but from the bread served at the beginning to the main course the food was very disappointing. We had a salad and she had the chicken while I ordered the chilean sea bass along with the lobster Mac and brussel sprouts. Neither salad was very good and both were drenched in dressing. The chicken was dry and the sea bass flavor was mediocre at best. The bok choy with the sea bass was very overcooked. The lobster Mac was not very creamy and the lobster meat on it was minimal and overcooked. The Brussels sprouts did not have a good flavor and were overpowered by onion flavor. I would not recommend this restaurant unless they replace the chef. It was sadly underwhelming.

Just ok , nothing about it was extra extraordinary- the service was average at best and so was the food. I would rate it as an average steakhouse. If you're are looking for a true fine dining experience I would seek one of the other steak houses in Tucson.

Great food, Cajun ribeye is a must try! Very busy but our waitstaff checked back with us to see if we needed anything , so attentive and pleasant, can't wait to return!

My Wife and I truly love coming here. We had a wonderful time celebrating a special day. Not only did our server say something but also the manager and another young lady who cleaned plates off our table. The food was wonderful.

Arrived and noticed a private event was posted. I had made a reservation several days earlier. The hostess went ahead and seated us in an off the side private dining area away from the private event. We were sitting by ourselves no one else was ever seated during our meal. Louis was our very attentive server . He took exceptional care of us. So glad I had a reservation, otherwise I believe we'd been turned away
