Sunshine Wine is a sweet place with small bites of food and a wide menu of drinks and wine. It's a lovely space, a diamond in the rough, easy to miss but a cool wine bar/restaurant. The atmosphere is great and very relaxing, with good vibes.
The restaurant offers a cozy small inside space with bar seating, and a large unpretentious outdoor space with tables/chairs and a few big firepits, making it suited to warmer nights. There are a few tables inside and plenty of outdoor seating. Parking is plentiful.
The wine selection is great, with about 7 options of red, 7 whites, and some other rose/champagne. Beer is available in cans and bottles, with no draft beer. The menu is short but eclectic, featuring interesting pre-dinner snacks. Appetizers include potato gnocchi, pickles, chips and dip, butternut squash salad, olives that came with a spicy kick, and a hummus plate. The food is delicious, savory, and light, described as complex and dopamine-inducing. Desserts are also available.
Service is amazing, with staff offering options and answering questions. Drinks are delicious, with the "Aloe Me" cocktail being a highlight. It's a great place to reconnect with friends and try new wines. While dinner wasn't always available, guests expressed a desire to return to try it. Live entertainment, with two guys with guitars, was enjoyed on a Saturday. The place has only been open about 6 months but is already getting busy.
