Listen- there are many many spots for Sonoran Hot Dogs in Tucson, but the best thing you can do is try hot dogs from the carts around town. I have been here a few times before and the ladies working there are always pleasant. The food prep area appears to be clean and in order. On this visit, the grilled onions had an uneasy taste to them, the hotdog itself was tasteful but, I ended up with stomach pain shortly after eating the hot dog. I felt a little nauseous and stomach upset. I could have been the hotdog or just a bad night for my stomach.
